This is the best service I've used to order a dumpster, the prices are better the service reception is better and I can never go back to using any other company. I highly recommend sourgum waste for all of your dumpster needs. Kelly or mike both a pleasure to work with.

My experience with SourGum Waste has…
My experience with SourGum Waste has been very good. Their service is reliable, communication is clear, and everything was handled professionally. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because I always like to leave a little room for continuous growth. That said, I’m very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

We are at the mercy of the pricing of facilties within the county the materials originate from in accordance with state and local laws.

Amazing communication!
Consistent communication and assistance are the best way to get anything done, and Sourgum does not fall short with this at all. Would definitely recommend them to other contractors looking for a dumpster/waste removal.

We try our best to be transparent with all costs involved with prohibited items as the county disposal facilities charge additional for the items disposal.

Bring back auto recurring schedule without fees
We are disappointed about the change in the auto pick up schedule. It should still stay on a consistent schedule instead of trying to squeeze out more money out of the customer if they miss the notification about pick up or will incur a cost of additional days if no response by 12pm.

If I could give Sourgum zero stars I…
If I could give Sourgum zero stars I would. I ordered a 10 yard dumpster that was the smallest dumpster I had ever seen. While I had it for 2 weeks they dropped the dumpster off at 3 pm on the first day which meant I couldn’t do much that day. Then I ended up having emergency surgery so I couldn’t fill the dumpster up in time so my dumpster was half empty. Then I get charged another $111 because they claimed my dumpster was over the weight … I had no furniture in there just cardboard boxes and old lawn ornaments. It was a total fraud to say the least the dumpster was smaller than what I ordered the dumpster was half full with non heavy items and then they can just claim that it was overweight and just charge you whatever more money they want. Total fraud do not use them!!!!!!

These facilities adhere to strict regulations and employ certified scale masters who ensure the accuracy and reliability of the weighing process. We rely on their expertise and equipment to determine the weight of the waste being disposed of. A copy of the ticket was sent you upon the completion of your rental.

DUMPSTER RENTAL
The deliver was right on time and pickup came a few hours early but it was ready to go. The only reason it wasnt a 5 star rating was there was still trash from previos rental in dumpster. Wet school books, magazines, house hold items. About 5 contrator bags (20 gallon) at 20 to 30lbs each by the time i bagged it up. It took about 30 minutes to clean it up then start my job. Other wise staff, call backs and scheduling were great. Thanks i will use you again and recommend you.

Glad I Gave Them a Chance!
I recently used SourGum Waste and had a very positive experience. Initially, I was a bit hesitant to go with them because of some negative reviews I came across, but I’m glad I gave them a chance.
Their pricing was the most reasonable out of all the companies I looked into, and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, which made coordinating everything much easier.
While they did miss the original scheduled pickup date, they were quick to apologize and arranged for the dumpster to be picked up the very next business day. I appreciated the accountability and how smoothly they handled the delay.
Overall, SourGum delivered on what they promised and made the process hassle-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
