Price and Simplicity of online experience
The whole experience was quick and easy. Their drivers called me in advance to let me know they were dropping off or picking up the dumpster. I’d use Sourgum again. Highly recommend.

Great Service and Friendly people
They worked with us on a difficult delivery area. The drivers were very attentive to our needs and they were very friendly. I would definitely use this company again. The price was very reasonable for what we needed.

From first contact to final pickup
From first contact to final pickup, Sourgum was excellent. At first, I was simply shopping around for the best price. (Getting quotes for anything these days is ridiculous.) Alison was the only reply that was understanding of my time, needs and timeline. Through email, she was able to assist me in the entire process. Explained all of the requirements ( Space needed, height clearance, banned items, potential extra costs for weight or appliances, etc.) The driver was on-time and very good in placing the large dumpster EXACTLY where I wanted it. Sourgum was the only business I found that offered a 2-week rental without paying extra. Received the reminder email when the pick-up date was approaching. Driver arrived midday on the 14th day, was able to scoop it up, drop the cover over it and pull away with little to no issue.
Highly recommend them! Good price, excellent service & great personnel. Thank you, again.

I requested aa next day dumpster online on a Monday evening when offices are typically closed. Honestly I was not really expecting it to be able to come the next day but I definitely needed it by Wednesday. Their rep Alli P emailed me first thing in the morning to let me know they were working on it. I emailed back just asking to let me know if it cant get here by Wednesday. To my surprise she was able to confirm delivery TODAY (Tuesday). As a company, that is a very impressive turn around. COmmunication-wise most places would just wait until they have a confirmation to reach out. The little extra touch to email me right away to tell me they were working on it is above and beyond what I see in most businesses. Great job Alli, and great job Sourgum!

Actually the initial phone call was pleasant and informative. In comparison to the other calls, I knew I would tender your services. The whole experience was good. The only issue is that I had was that the dumpster came so late in the day on the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, it worked out great. I wish I would gotten the bigger dumpster.

These people lie from the get-go a…
These people lie from the get-go a piece of crap. They brought me a dumpster that had a bunch of garbage already still in it and then they charged me extra said I was overweight when they come and got the dumpster a week later they charge me another $253 on top of 350 some dollars. These people are a joke they need to be put out of business they lie. I even took pictures of the dumpster with all the garbage in it when they brought it.
