I’m in PA and Sourgum took care of everything regarding the dumpster. This was the second time using sourgum for home renovations and I will use them again for the next project. Everyone I have dealt with there has been completely professional and ready to help when i needed to move dates due changes in job timelines. They were accommodating and happy to help. Dumpster arrived
Dumpster arrived two days late, when it came time to remove the dumpster which was to be removed on 6-21 had to call 3 times and finally it was removed on 6-25 will not recommend this company to anyone.

Picked up the dumpster 6 days late
Picked up the dumpster 6 days late, had to contact them multiple times to get it removed. Price was reasonable but won't be using again due to unreliable customer service. Recommend using a local service instead.

After reviewing your case I see that we had come to an agreement on the price of the 20 YD as dispatch was out of 30 YD containers at the time, we offered to switch it out the following day, or you could use the discounted 20. You chose to go with the discounted 20 and went over the included weight of 2 tons by 1.54 tons. We do have to pass along overage charges as it is the weight of the materials placed in the container that is paid by us to the disposal facility. We want to assure you that our weight calculations are based on the official weight tickets provided by state-regulated facilities. These facilities adhere to strict regulations and employ certified scale masters who ensure the accuracy and reliability of the weighing process. We rely on their expertise and equipment to determine the weight of the waste being disposed of. A copy of the ticket was sent you upon the completion of your rental.
Please do not hesitate to contact us! We are committed to addressing your concerns and hope to provide a better experience next time.

Did not move dumpster as was requested and agreed upon. Picked up dumpster 1 day late. This caused local residence to add unauthorized additional waste to the dumpster.

Simple process and very friendly & efficient staff

The dumpster was supposedly delivered to the wrong address. I called numerous times and no one would answer or call me back . I also sent emails. I was called back after 1/2 the day was over, after I threaten to cancel the order. I will not use this company again

Thank you for your feedback Lisa, after a cursory investigation we did speak to you 4 times the day of initial delivery to communicate to you that we were delayed in real time. We advised you when the order was placed deliveries can occur between the hours of 7am - 7pm as we simply take the most fuel efficient route for the day. Typically we will prioritize something for the morning if requested. It was not in this case, we are unfortunately at the mercy of the lines at the waste facilities and traffic. It was communicated that you would be receiving it the next day and prioritized, as we were behind schedule on the Monday. You were refunded 20% as a courtesy for the delay.
Seeing that you were not satisfied with your experience we are still dedicated to ensuring you had a good one, please reach out and we would be more than happy to discuss a solution that solidifies our dedication to our customers. We hope to provide you a better service in the future.

Found out about Sourgum through an…
Found out about Sourgum through an internet search for dumpsters in my area. The reviews seemed pretty good. I contacted Sourgum about having a 30 yard dumpster delivered to my house. I was able to conduct everything (delivery and pickup) through email. Mÿ only task was to get the dumpster loaded. Sourgum provided the information about which materials couldn't be loaded into the dumpster. I knew how many days were included in the price along with the weight. I ended up exceeding the 4 ton limit by .55 tons. I'd contact them again for sure. They do have a phone number to call for any questions.
