Don’t deliver!
They rescheduled my container delivery not once but twice. The second time they did it via text at 4:31 PM the day before delivery. I would have been more understanding if it was earlier in the day but by 4:30 I had already put a deposit down on the labor to help me load it. They didn’t seem to care and said they were still working to fulfill my need and it “should” be there the following day. Then when I called to speak to someone it went to voicemail and nobody ever called back. They said they would refund me immediately and I still haven’t received my money back or a confirmation email. Now I am out the $300 from the labor and had to get another company and I move in 1 week.

Good service but they get you on over weight charges
They were very communicative. We got to keep the dumpster 2 weeks, they picked up when they said they would. That part was great.
I made the above review prior to finding out they charged me for being 2.5 tons over on weight. My pick up truck holds 2 tons so having a 15 yard container (4 of my pick up trucks volume wise) filled below the line with mostly wood and paper to be be that much over was crazy. They put a weight limit of 1.5 ton (less than what my pick up truck can hold), then give a lower price than competition b/c they make it up on the over weight charge. I feel taken. My bad for not comparing weight limits with other vendors. So they ended up costing more.
But the service was good as stated in the beginning. Who knew paper and scraps of wood would weigh that much.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their service was consistently not on time, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. I had already paid the agreed amount, and there should have only been one charge, but they overcharged me and took extra money without proper explanation. On top of that, when I tried to contact them to resolve the issue, they would not answer the phone or return calls. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would advise others to be cautious before using this company.
