Delivery time and pick up time is on point. Drivers are very polite and before taking departure, will ask me am I satisfied with the dumpster location before discharging.

I was able to get a receipt 2 months after the fact. I really helped me to deal with my Aunts estate.
Good communication with humans and a well designed web site ordering experience when ordering and then extending that order.
The guy who dropped off the dumpster was polite and professional as well.

Dumpster was picked-up on agreed schedule.
I was inadvertently charged 2 additional days and when I brought it to the attention of the billing department I was met with a curtious representative (Liz) and was refunded the fee without incident.

Time period could be longer. I found another company that was a month long for the same price. I would have used them, but they got back to me too late. also because of the holidays I was charge two days more for going longer. Will use the other dumpster service next time.

Dumpster not empty when delivered
When the dumpster was delivered, it had over 8 inches of snow it. I had to spend an hour digging it out so it could be used, just to find out that it wasn't completely empty, as 4 to 6 inches of dirt was frozen in the front corner of it from a previous use.
