I was scared that i was scammed.

i bought vip tickets for kittie, I had to try a coulple of times because the website glitched out. Payment came trough eventually, the only thing i got was a cryptic conformation email from soundrink.
The rest of the vip experience would be with the venue. Alright. My vip tickets werent visable in my soundrink account, and the venue knew nothing about if a vip would even be happening two weeks before. There also isnt really a way to contact soundrink for questions and the FAQ was last updated in 2021.

I did have a really good time at the vip, but i wouldnt buy vip from soundrink again if they dont change these things

They have scammed me out of VIP experience, show got cancelled and new show was hosted. Was unable to make new show as I was already scheduled for work and they refused to produce a refund for the side stage viewing experience. They stated a refund would be made to those who could not attend new date. They also did not include all the items in that the VIP experience was to include.

This is the 5th time I’ve bought tickets and or packages through sound rink. They suck. Either my stuff isn’t ready at the concert when I come and then I have to dig through my email while in line waiting to provide documentation that I bought stuff and then fight with the venue that I have what I actually bought. One time out of the five it went smoothly. I’m definitely not the only one either because there were a few of us at the last concert all on the side digging through old emails. Met some nice people though through our struggles and annoyances with sound rink though.

Terrible. I paid so much money for nothing. Half the stuff that I paid for I didn't even receive. The email said "back stage experience" I literally ran back stage in the middle of the concert cause that's when they said my "experience" was, for a few seconds then had to run back to my seats before I missed too much of the concert. Plus they never loaded the picture that I paid so much extra money for. This is a scam, no doubt.

No refund !!
Never gonna use there service as I did a mistake when buying a VIP ticket and wanted refund 3-4 weeks before show
They said they can’t refund me coz it’s in therms and condition which is always well hidden
But anyways they haven’t physically done anything for me . If is Amazon or anything else you have your money straight to way

Soundrink sucks! I purchases a $1500 VIP package to see Kreator. The morning of the show they emailed a do-not-reply saying sorry but because of "shipping" they wouldn't be able to honor my purchase. These people are terrible at what they do and bands need to start standing up to these theives.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. They are EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude! I hate that bands go with them for their ticket sales. Trying to get anything sorted out is a headache. If you don’t have to get tickets through them don’t!

Our confirmation said to go to will call for the ticket. They had no record of any tickets and didn’t seem to be familiar with the site at all. Very scammy.

I purchased the Motionless in White VIP upgrade and was completely disappointed. I got 3 items for my upgrade , a pin , a lanyard and an autographed poster . My problem is the package cost $65 and autographed posters were $35 at the show and completely limited , it was a poster of the location plus autographed compared to my $65 generic poster .
I would not have purchased had I know I could have paid less and gotten better poster .
Look into these guys before you purchase

I went to a Polyphia gig at Shepherds Bush in London. I paid for the VIP ticket, not only to meet the band but for the exclusive items which came with it.

We got nothing. No financial compensation or anything either, I emailed them a few times and got blanked all but once which basically said they are working on it but they clearly are not.

Although the VIP experience itself was good, I would not have purchased it if I knew I wouldn’t receive any of the things promised. It’s September now and this happened in May. I’m strongly considering to contacting PayPal at this point for some form of assistance to this situation as this is too far now.

The worst part is that this company are continuing to host these events with these promises, but are neglecting the previous events in favour of them. I don’t recommend this company. But if you don’t care for the items included in your package, then it’s a great time.

No issues. Customer service was responsive and assured me I would get my tickets. Which I did.

TIPS (although they already tell you this upfront):
1) Make sure you use the email you use with TM/Live Nation when ordering
2) Read the description of what you are buying

They advertise in large letters:

VIP PACKAGE
1 GA TICKET
MEET AND GREET
PHOTO
EXCLUSIVE POSTER

But what they don’t tell you is that you’re only purchasing a VIP “upgrade”, not an actual ticket. Oh, and you can’t attend the VIP experience without a ticket either. What happens if the tickets sell out? Tough. Their customer service has a “sucks to be you” attitude. Total scam artists.

The worst customer experience ever. I paid for a VIP package and was supposed to receive the merchandise at the event… didn’t receive any and was told it should have been sent to me before. It hadn’t so we couldn’t get anything signed. Emailed the company and all i get back are rude responses and i have been ignored now for over two months. Absolutely ridiculous and I am still yet to receive the merchandise I paid for.

You want to be notified when a vip package is sold out? don't count on them . The customer service is bad. They reply back 1/5. They really lost a lot since a year. Don't know who's in this department but he/she should be fired . So sad that it's not like it used to be ...

As with many of the reviews listed here, I too, purchased the VIP package to the Bloodywood show in Roseville, CA on March 1, 2023. There was NO indication at the time of purchase that it did NOT include tickets to the show itself.

Last night, May 4th, I received an email from Soundrink, stating that I needed to purchase tickets (from a completely different vendor, I might add), and of course, they are sold out.

Soundrink does not have any contact info on their website, but was able to find a number on the web. I called and left a message, but I am not hopeful.

This is a CRAPPY business model and certainly begs the question, WTAF?

They literally stole my money. I bought a ticket to a show through Soundrink, and received a confirmation email saying that Ticketmaster or Livenation would send my actual ticket between 3-5 days before the event. I never received one. I contacted Soundrink and they claimed Ticketmaster is releasing tickets later to prevent scalping.

The day of the show, I still had no ticket, so I wrote them again. Now suddenly it's a Will Call ticket and I'd have to pick it up at the box office, despite nothing ever indicating that previously. I got to the venue, and they had no record of my ticket, and had nothing under my ticket confirmation number. Now Soundrink customer service won't answer me. They are running a scam. I'll be doing a chargeback on my card and pursuing legal counsel.

Horrible service. I want to sell one of my tickets but it is all or nothing. They will not release one to someone else. I am about to lose $500 because of them and they do not respond timely.

Sound Rink is a scam that sells you upgrades as tickes but tgere is no ticket.

Even on the receipt email it shows general admission.

I contacted their "customer service" but it is just some dude telling me suck it pal.

Bought a VIP experience for Atreyu in London, which was meant to include a meet and greet, goodies, acoustic set and a Q&A. A few days before the event I received an email that told me to go to the venue at 4pm and that the meet and greet will start at 4:15. Arriving at the venue, the staff knew nothing of the sort. Was told to come back for 6:30. Finally someone came to collect me and 4 other people to meet the band, but we were given only 10 mins to talk to them. Then we were left on the side of the stage for 3 songs and shoved back into the main pit. A very different experience from the one I was expecting. Buy a vip experience from other, more trusted vendors. NOT THESE GUYS THO!

I bought VIP tickets for a Midland concert back around 2020 and the band had rescheduled due to their own personal issues and then covid meant it had to be rescheduled once again. When the new date was announced, we were told that the band would not be doing the VIP, however, our tickets are still valid to go to the show. I had to contact them a few times to get the refund, however, this was dealt with in the end. I never got the name of the person that dealt with it in the end but they were excellent.
