People give this a miss its a bit of a scam lots of promises but sadly the con is for you to sign up which is 12 months and €2700 later you got nothing worthwhile so beware you have been warned

this place is the biggest dog shit going, they are so far away from being a good host that i’m going to actively spread knowledge of how dog shit this place is, they are not friendly, they are not nice people, very off putting. i’ve been treated fairer in toilet queue, would not recommend.

Cecconi's Bicester (own by Soho House)

Make sure you check your receipt before leaving, do not be scammed and cheated by Cecconi's Bicester. When we were asked whether still or sparkling water, we specifically requested tap water. Glass of tap water was poured and we were then provided with a re-useable bottle which looks like tap-water. We did not request, order or agree to purchase bottled water. Only to discover at home later that we were charged £5.95 for water which is not even on the menu list.
(Under the Licensing Act 2003 mandatory conditions, premises licensed to supply alcohol for consumption on the premises must provide free potable drinking water on request).

The sea bass, spinach, tomatoes, olives was okay, the Parma ham in the pizza either was not fully cooked this time or not fresh.

It can busy and long wait during peak meal time.

Disappointed and disgusted for being scammed into paying for tap-water

It's impossible to leave Soho House. They force me into staying. They also started accepting just anyone to the club.

We went to Babbington for a 1 night break in one of their cabins.
The staff are friendly and doba good job.
We was dissapointed that in our cabiln the bedroom on the left smelt of damp so it had to be aired.
The complimentary bread and biscuits were stsle and not edible. These little issues make a difference.
We dined in the restuarant and found our meals average we had plaice and trout. We was told we would be offered a discount on our food which was not taken off.
We were dissapointed with these issues as they have their own standards which did not present themselved on our stay.

Soho Copenhagen provides outstanding service! Yesterday, they stayed open an extra hour just so we could finish watching the World Cup match. That says a lot about how much they care about their guests, and it's one of the many reasons why it's one of my favorite places to relax.

I’ve been a Soho House member for years and have spent thousands of dollars across the Houses, but the membership no longer feels worth it.

The main issue is that many locations now feel overcrowded and impersonal. What is supposed to feel like a private, comfortable members’ club often feels more like an expensive coworking space, with nowhere to sit, lots of people on laptops, and a generally chaotic atmosphere. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service, comfort, and hospitality.

The final straw was a small but telling interaction around my birthday gift. Soho House offered me a birthday gift card for a local San Francisco business, but I no longer live in San Francisco. When I asked whether it could be used somewhere else, I was told no — with no flexibility at all. Obviously the amount of money is not the point. The point is that after years of membership and significant spending, the experience still felt rigid, impersonal, and transactional.

That interaction crystallized how I already felt: Soho House is selling the idea of exclusivity and personal hospitality, but in practice it often feels overcrowded, overpriced, and surprisingly unaccommodating.

I’ve decided to cancel my membership. For the cost, there are much better ways to spend money on restaurants, hotels, workspaces, and travel experiences that actually feel special.

Not so exclusive - sadly the membership is overrun with a lot of guest and under 27's who get cheap membership and treat it like they own the place.

Food options are limited, pricey and lacklustre.

Members clubs historically have been about exclusivity, privacy, respect and quality sadly the Soho House group has expanded its membership so much that it has diluted the experience for long standing members and now is place for so called 'influencers' to take pictures and brag about their life!

Houses are overcrowded and full of people posing, the original ethos has entirely disappeared. The service is consistently below par. And it is impossible to get in touch with anybody from the corporate team to resolve billing issues. It’s has been over 6 weeks and I am yet to receive a substantive response from anybody there. They have taken $750 from my bank account unauthorized, $1700 from my house credits unauthorized, and will not respond to any form of email. It’s a shambles.

Had another really nice evening at Little House Balham (as usual).
The atmosphere is relaxed but still feels exclusive, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout.
The food was good and the cocktails were excellent.
What I like most about Soho House places is the balance between comfort and style, and this one does it very well.
Definitely one of my favourite spots in London, perfect for dinner or drinks with friends.

Wonderful stay at Soho Farmhouse. The estate and its village concept are fantastic! We especially loved the cottage we stayed in, along with the charming flower shop and coffee shop. The cosmetic products in the cottages are also excellent.

Took a Soho Friends membership on the promise of a £100 voucher off Soho Home purchases. Voucher didn’t work. Tried 4 times to contact them but no reply. Made sure no continuous authority was in place at renewal. They have taken £100 again anyway. No reply to my message.

So far so good. I became a member a few months ago and so far have had a great experience. Most of my visits have been to 76 Dean Street, Soho so far and I find the staff there to be incredibly nice and good fun to chat to.

I enjoy receiving my "whats on" messages and have attended a few events which have been enjoyable. I need to be a bit quicker booking things so I don't miss out (is there a technique to this that someone can tell me about?). But suffice to say I am enjoying being a member so far

No longer an exclusive membership - cancelled mine. Under 27's get 50% off whilst we all pay full price for being 5-6 years older! It is meant to be premium and exclusive and its now just full of grubby teens paying 50% less than everyone else... DO NOT get a membership!

PS - Brighton house is dirty, smells like sewage, the toilets and showers are always broken. Steam room smells of drains and they try to put some kind of smelly oil in to cover it up. Sauna is full of teens and is dirty and ripped. They never have enough towels, it's an embarrasement!

Scam - added soho friends on a soho home order a year ago, for a 1 year membership, didn’t use it for anything but it made my basket cheaper.
They emailed last month to say “if you want to renew; add your details” - naturally I didn’t click it as I didn’t want to renew.
They took £100 anyway without my permission.
Emailed and absolutely nothing back.
I’ve done a chargeback with my bank

Wasted a years membership as it became all centred about minimum spends and pool bookings that were cancelled off if you were more than 20 mins late. As the mum of a toddler I couldn't get there for 8am.
When I cancelled my membership the email service was heavily delayed and they took my money anyway. I'm now trying very hard to get my money back with limited effort.

Scam for anyone over 30. If you're under 27, you get a 1/2 off membership and discounts on food and drink until your 30th birthday. Everyone else PAYS DOUBLE and gets no discounts. The result is that the entire house (events calendar, food, drinks, guest services) exists to cater to 20-somethings running amok in exceedingly overcrowded clubs at the expense of older members who subsidise their experience. So, the people paying the most get the least out of it. Also, they place members under a strict yearly contract and won't allow changes to their membership during the term. This means that one can't downgrade their membership or cancel early. Customer service is terrible in the houses, on the phone, and in the app. I'm convinced they're deliberately terrible to people over 30, hoping they will quit to help with the overcrowding problem. I recommend just staying away.

I wanted to join Soho House in Barcelona and completed an overly compliated membership application. After 2 weeks I had heard nothing from them, so asked to cancel the request.
This was confirmed by Soho House membership team in writing but then a month later they charged me for membership. Looks like they thought they could get away with it, as despite asking them to refund the money they took from me, I still have no refund - Is place a scam? They have taken over £300 from me and I can't get it back.
