I had a problem with my upload of contributions and called Smart and was put through to Anna what a lovely pleasant and helpful lady she was. Fell for the free to employers!!!
When we signed up this was free to employers. Did not take them long to start charging. Poor website and just generally not great which I am reminded of every month when I use it.
Could change platform but more hassle.
