I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Penfold.

I opened an account in January and requested pension transfers, but cancelled these requests within a few days and also asked for my account to be closed. At the time, there were no funds in the account, so I reasonably believed everything had been stopped and closed correctly.

To my shock, I later discovered that my pension had still been transferred to Penfold despite my cancellation. After contacting them, my account was reactivated, only for me to find that some of my money now appears to be missing.

This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, failure to act on a cancellation request, and the unexplained discrepancy in my funds is deeply concerning. I have been left confused, stressed, and with little confidence in how my pension has been handled.

I expect full transparency and a proper investigation into what has happened to my money. Until this is resolved, I would strongly caution others before trusting Penfold with their pension.

Had a problem due to a 3rd party issue so I eventually called Penfold support seeking help. The first person I spoke to, Anelle, was absolutely brilliant.

This took some while to resolve but Anelle remained with me through the entire process; she was proactive, professional and honestly provided some of the best customer service I have ever received.

If Penfold invest my money as well as they provide customer support, I'll probably have a very happy retirement.

The service I received was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained in a clear and simple way, and I felt supported throughout the whole process. Thank you especially to Anelle for being so helpful and patient!

Penfold customer service is easy to reach, they are extremely efficient and professional. They are miles above the general experience I have (mostly outside this sector). A joy to work with so far.
