Smart number are a trustworthy company never fail to keep u happy

Kate at SmartNumbers have been amazing and very helpful! Always available, always positive, very patient and understanding, efficient and competitive prices!

Would highly recommend. No need to check anywhere else.

I have been smart numbers customer for last 10+ years and the service been always outstanding.

Nobody returns calls, you can never speak to anyone when you call and they don’t respond to emails.

Smart Numbers has been with me since day one of starting my business, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! They’re always polite, attentive to my needs, and have adapted seamlessly as my business has grown. Their phenomenal customer service sets them apart, and Kate, in particular, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company, used for both of my businesses, my sons business and also my partners nation wide waste management business for the past seven years.

They do exactly what they say and get results, unlike so many other marketing company's.

Amanda, our personal go to manager is exceptional and nothing is to much trouble, she is a credit to smart numbers.

thank you

Kate was most helpful and got me sorted out with a service to suit my needs

Would highly recommend

Since my recent review. I have been contacted by senior management. And as it turns out my issues were resolved with one phone call. There was an issue with the automated invoice system.
Looking forward to working with this company moving forward

Very good service and very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had

Dreadful experience. 0n 30 Aug 2024 I Chose a geographical number from their website - which implies that you get to choose the rest of the sequence later in the process - I didn't. Instead I was told I'd get a letter ... yes a letter in this day and age! It still hasn't arrived.

I got a phone call today then an email with a choice of numbers. Also got amplification of their terms and conditions. I found their porting out fees to be exorbitant. Sent cancellation email. Now no responses.

Update: 10 minutes after leaving this review, responses resumed. Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc? Can't be, surely?

My London business is situated 100m from the 0208 boundary and it was important to have an 0208 number to be seen as a London business. Smart numbers have given me this. While the service works exactly as you would expect and I have no hesitation in recommending it, I want to commend Amanda Gratrix who was the advisor who signed me up. Not only was she very knowledgeable and a great representative of the business, she was also made the whole process more fun than I ever expected to have when purchasing a phone number! She's an absolute star!

Easy to use and get your numbers online

Friendly helpful staff. Changing my set up a couple of times, for me to get exactly what I was looking for, was no trouble for them. Would definitely recommend!

Just the ticket. Easy to deal with company.

Very easy set up, Scott was great in gaging what we needed and getting the account up quickly so we could use it for th weekend. Highly recommend!

Cannot login it’s so annoying typing everything correct resetting passwords still can’t access the account

10/10 & a really helpful team of people.

Scott in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me build the product that was best for my needs.
