Spoke to Amanda G. Very helpful & knowledgeable, managed to save me money while upselling which is fantastic. Got a great accent as well! Many thanks. James G, affordable appliances.

From first contact Kate @ Smart Numbers listened to what I wanted to achieve with my new website. I recently set up a new company and needed a website and a 0800 number for my business. Kate and all of the team I worked with came up with ideas, solutions, tweaks where they thought it could enhance my business and was always on hand for questions. Very quick to deal with anything and literally could not speak highly enough of them all there. Delivered on costings, and on time and more than I expected. Well done.

Was really happy with the service
The staff was dead friendly and helped me with all of my questions
Really friendly would highly recommend

I have just been talking with Amanda, I took up a lot of her time as I have several services, she was extremley helpful and polite and could not have done more to help me! Thank you Amanda

I always thought it is difficult to have 0800 business number and it would be very expensive.
But smartNumbers have a very simple way to have business numbers and that even doesn't cost much and you can show your clients that you are really a BUSINESS not just ordinary business...

Spoke to Amanda and she was absolutely superb who was knowledgeable and such a great help.

Very good pricing for premium 0208 number, clear website and helpful customer service.
All arranged online, then confirmed by phone and email within an hour. Other services offered by Julie like website etc may interest us in near future, so good to know they can sort it out.
So far very happy.

Amanda who was very helpful on the phone, she made me laugh and got us our desk phones sorted quickly!

Dealing with Abbi was a joy, she answered all my questions with no issue and was easy to deal with

My initial call was taken by Kate Read and I found her to be extremely professional and helpful. She was so helpful that I stopped my search for providers there and then. I found your website easy to use and useful, but preferred the proactive approach taken by Kate so called back to register with you. Kate is a credit to your organisation and I feel she will be helpful in the event that I ever have any issues.

What a fantastic company! Right from the initial contact, the level of customer service provided has been nothing short of exceptional. Kate and Abbi exemplified professionalism, offering invaluable information with a touch of kindness and absolute honesty. It is truly challenging to put into words just how impressed I am with this company! If I had the option, I would gladly award them 100 stars!! Many thanks Kate & Abbi!

My experience with smart-numbers has been nothing but positive from my first call to ask for guidance. Fortunately for me I connected with Kate who was professional throughout my entire onboarding and setup phase, Kate was patient with explaining each feature, package plan, recommendations including all charges involved with signing up. I have previously purchased another Virtual Number from another provider and the professionalism and experience was nothing like smart-numbers, the energy towards customer experience and engagement was 5 stars! Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to setup a business.

Used these guys for my solar business.
