Amazing experience overall!

My recent experience has been all around great. I ordered the new Crusher PLYR 720 that is multi-platform, and once received, I noticed i had actually received the Xbox ones. They worked like how I wanted them too and I even liked the color, so it was no big issue at all, but Skullcandy insisted to fix this error, which for me is a massive credit for them. They shipped me the correct ones and during that time the Xbox ones grew on me, so I asked them how could go about acquiring them correctly. They replied with stating they figured out how I was shipped the incorrect ones originally and due to the issue, I could keep the Xbox ones as well. I've never had a company wanting to fix their error so passionately while also being very communicative. I will be buying all my headsets/earbuds from Skullcandy from now on.

Skullcandy has an amazing return and warranty system. I bought my crusher evos all the way…

I bought my crusher evos back in 2023 from the source with the 3 year extended warranty. After they broke later that year, I contacted a source representative and didn't have the easiest time with them. After leaving them broken for the better part of 2 years, I thought I should get them fixed. However The Source has turned into Best Buy Express and they couldn't proccess anything relating to the source. Frustrated I sent them to skullcandy to get them fixed. Even though they where past their warranty. They still had about 6 months of the sources extended warranty. They still accepted them and gave me a discount code to get new ones. Was so happy it actually worked.

Customer Service Rocks

Customer Service Rocks, once you can get to them

I had a problem with my brand new headphones, one week in. I just wanted to talk or chat with a real person, but Skullcandy does not make it easy. HOWEVER, their warranty is fantastic! I expected they would repair my clearly defective headphones, but their warranty REPLACES them--you get a credit to buy new ones in the store! The person who helped me was Raffy S., and they were wonderful. I got them two days in a row. Once I returned the faulty ones, they immediately ordered my new ones, so I was able to get the special edition ones I originally ordered. I hope the product holds up better this time, but I am extremely happy with their warranty and customer service.

Nous avons acheté le casque en décembre 2024 avec une garantie de deux ans nous avons payé avec PayPal. Le casque a montré des signes de dysfonctionnement. Nous avons contacté les service client par mails deux fois sans aucune réponse. Nous sommes passé par le service client PayPal qui a bien voulu les contacter car nous sommes de bons clients. PayPal n’a reçu aucune réponse. C’est juste honteux et mensonger. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site.

Merci d'avoir partagé votre expérience. C'est extrêmement frustrant d'acheter un produit avec garantie et de se retrouver face à un silence total lorsqu'on a besoin d'aide. L'absence de réponse du service client, surtout après plusieurs tentatives et même une escalade via PayPal, est inacceptable et décevante. Les clients devraient pouvoir compter sur le respect des promesses de garantie. Votre avertissement est précieux pour ceux qui envisagent d'acheter cette marque ou qui achètent directement sur ce site. Vous méritez absolument un meilleur suivi et une meilleure responsabilisation.

So impressed - expressed that a product was reviewed that wasnt connecting to devices and has speaker issues (maybe blown?)

They informed me to send it back for a full warranty, however, since it was purchased with public school funds shipping back was not an option.
No problem said Skullcandy - they send me a voucher code that not only covered the item but also covered tax AND shipping.

I am so impressed with their service, I will be making any future audio purchases through them first. In this era, this kind of customer service is what we need more of.

Nur ein Jahr Garantie

Nur ein Jahr Garantie, die TW Raul ANC TW in Ear halten nur etwas länger.
Vom Klang und Sitz waren sie für meinen Sohn auch schon unbefriedigend, aber es war halt seine Wahl. Aber das die Dinger nach 14 Monaten kaputt gehen und der "Kundenservice" lapidar auf 12 Monate "freiwillige" verweist (die Reparatur würde teurer werden als ein neues Paar!), das ist schon enttäuschend. Da kenne ich von Beyerdynamics anderes!

I had an issue with my Skullcandy headset, and I was honestly blown away by the incredible service I received. Customer service associate Benedict…

I was gifted a pair of push and play active ear buds from my Aunty and then she passed. I didn't even open the box till months after. I tried to use them and one bud didn't work no matter what I did. Walmart would not exchange them. I went straight to Skullcandy and an associate named Benedict helped me out with replacing them. I'm sooo very grateful! Ty for your caring customer service . It means the world 2 me

Good for the money, but you get what you pay for

My headphones had a hardware failure after just under a year, but werent covered because the purchase date was past a year.

Customer support offered a coupon immediately, but after I mentioned the specifics of the timing and that I had verified it was a hardware failure, offered a full replacement.

20 years of good service

Have been using their headphones for almost 20 years. Have never had an issue with finding the information or receiving feedback from their customer service reps.

Poor customer survice

I ordered the limited edition Dime Evo Rainbow earbuds but never received them. The company would not help me get new ones sent out or refund me. UPS wanted me to go to their post office in person to give me a credit to reorder them but they were sold out. I have never been so mad and disappointed in Skull candy until now. Despite choosing to use UPS to send out my product they never took the responsibility for the product being stolen or lost. They just put fulfilled on my order and put in effort to resolve my problem.

Nothing has compared to Skullcandy to date

All those over hyped over priced "you must buy these" as per influencers online etc and yet these are WAAAAAYYY better and superior!! A not so well known Skullcandy, that I swear by their products, have x2 Crusher Evo over ear headphones witth Sensory Base and these are just destroyers of world!!! Especially whilst watching your homme cinema 100" screen, with these on watching TGMav omfg!!!!! Then there is the Skullcandy Kilo which is like having a handheld portable version of the Crusher Evos even hung up inside my back pack closed, it is that loud my mates couldnt believe that was coming from this speaker!!!! That good. Once you go Skullcandy, you wont ever go back and alll those spending hundreds sometimes thousands on audio stuff JUST BECAUSE the influencers say so and you suffer with "FOMO", just check in with yourself and say "Nah I am going to do the opposite of what the sheep are doing", you will thank me later. You are welcome. Highly recomended especiallly the products I have just mentioned, but do not take my word for it go check em out in store somewhere just make sure you have SENSORY BASE up full whack!!!!! Enjoy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
