I paid $240 for Crusher ANC 2 headphones and couldn’t even skip or go back a track from the headphones. There was no indication of how to do it, and the controls didn’t work as expected. Basic media controls should work immediately on a premium set of headphones without forcing customers to troubleshoot apps, settings, or firmware.

I've been a fan of Skullcandy for practically my whole life, I was wearing their wired earbuds in middle school. Crusher's are the most "fun" headphones ever, especially the newer 540 model. And I've always had positive experiences with their customer support. Andrie from Customer Experience was particularly helpful, they really went above and beyond in assisting me and they were very kind and quick to respond to emails. Skullcandy is one of the very few brands that I genuinely love and I'm happy to recommend them.

In fact, I think every trainer should listen to the phone call we just had because it was truly delightful. I even tried to get smart with him, but he smoothly reversed it on me and made me laugh.
He did everything in his power to make sure I was not just satisfied, but truly delighted, going the extra mile to ensure I felt genuinely supported, asking multiple times if there was more he could do.
If I were running the company, I'd want a thousand Marks answering the phone and bringing that incredible service to life. Based on his dedication and the care he shows for his work, this man absolutely deserves a promotion. His commitment is rare, and he makes sure every customer feels genuinely supported. On a scale from one to ten, Mark is a solid fifteen!

I cannot say enough good things about Hanna R. and the customer support team at Skullcandy Canada
Hanna didn't hesitate for a second to go above and beyond to keep a loyal customer happy. My package was lost by Canada Post, and despite the situation being completely outside of Skullcandy's control, Hanna took ownership of the issue and made sure I was taken care of. While Canada Post wouldn't stand behind losing my package, Skullcandy stepped up and honored the rebate anyway.
That level of customer service is rare these days. It's one thing to sell a great product, but it's another thing entirely to stand behind your customers when something goes wrong. Experiences like this are exactly why I continue to buy Skullcandy products and recommend them to friends and family.
If more companies operated with the same integrity, accountability, and customer-first attitude that Hanna and Skullcandy demonstrated, things would run a whole lot smoother.
Thank you, Hanna R., for your professionalism, understanding, and willingness to help. You turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience and reinforced why Skullcandy has earned my loyalty.

I ordered two identical items and only received one.
When I brought it to Skullcandys attention they made me somehow prove their mistake then told me they would investigate it, which would take a few days, then get back to me.
Im a returning customer but won't be again.
They made a mistake, which is human and forgivable, but how they didn't handle it was absurd and distasteful!
I paid for items I didn't receive! Made I'm the exception but even if that's the case a simple correction could have kept me a customer for life.
SKULLCANDY DOESN'T CARE about the customer or their despicable customer service... THEY JUST WANT YOU TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND SHUT UP.
Even if they do end up admitting their mistake, correcting it and sending me the item I've already paid for I'll still give two stars for the careless way they tried to make me feel like I was lying.
USE A COMPANY WITH INTEGRITY... NOT SKULLCANDY

When a company does not properly support their active product line with replacement parts etc you have to not support pieces of shite like that.
Only loss of business will cure ignorant ceos
When you don't provide part and replacements for your active production line that is saying we don't care about out customers and they can go eff themselves.
So this excustomer says no eff you I will go to your competitor from now on.

Customer service is horrendous. There is no way to speak with someone who actually works for the company. Only a bot. Return policy is not customer friendly. I’ve used skull candy for over 15 years and after this experience I’m done.

Bought these headphones about a month ago and so far they are very good and are super comfortable. Great for working out or doing homework and studying, the fit is pretty good as well and the bulkiness isn't too overwhelming or noticeable which is great for me. The noise cancellation on them are one of my favorite things about them, my favorite being the bass and how they literally shake your head when listening to music and such. I got the black color which I kind of regret getting because after I bought them I saw they had red and baby blue ones that looked really nice to me. One thing I'd say that kind of sucks on them is when listening for a longer period of time the audio kinda glitches like it's had enough of whatever you're listening to. Other than that great headphones and I highly recommend it to others.

My brother was hit by a truck while riding his bike on Monday. He was not wearing a helmet, but he was wearing a pair of skull candy crusher headphones. These headphones saved his life. They took all of the impact when he was sent flying into the air across the road. They protected his head from getting damaged. He is suffering very intense injuries including a shattered femur, a fractured pelvis, and broken spine bone, but he’s alive. And I truly believe the headphones are the reason for that. They are no longer in one piece, but they saved him. Thank you. So much.
