Buyer beware! Sim did not work, spent two days trying to troubleshoot with their live chat, were not responsive at times considering how important a eSIM is in China. For a westerner none of your apps work without an international sim provider. Incredibly frustrating situation, they should not be trusted.
I asked for a refund and they refused, I highly recommend spending slightly more for are more reputable provider.

Purchased Simzy’s data-only plan for my USA vacation, and the experience was good. The internet speed was decent and reliable enough for everyday use while traveling. A convenient option for staying connected without worrying about roaming charges. 👍

I have purchased the 2 weeks unlimited plan for Australia fo 25 aus dollars.
I have got QR code that apparently expired before I could activated it.
Customer supprt is not responsive to emails and calls, which tells you a lot about the bussiness culture.
I am in Aus stripped of 25 dollars without data. More soo it was recommendation from Lyca I have 2 plans with.
First shame of Lyca for the recommendation, second the Simzy is a fraudulent business . What was supposed to be saving is now more expensive as I have to use roaming data.

Ordered eSim by mistake for not compatible phone, contacted CS via chat, all easily sorted and refunded. Great service and comms.

Went to Spain a few weeks back. Used simzy and had no issues. Got 10 gb of data for $15 which lasted for 10 days.

I tried Simzy for the first time and i had no issues. Great connection and easy to use. Best thing, i was able to use my esim throughout Europe. I would definitely recommend Simzy for your next travels

I bought simzy sim but it didn’t work in India. I wasted 13 pounds. I want my money back. It’s a con doesn’t work. I would keep on trying till I get my money back. I don’t know when.

I got Simzy eSIM for use in India for 2 weeks. As soon as I arrived in Mumbai, the sim never worked. When I got in touch with their support team, I got a reply from a chap called Aravind Sekar, who kept replying that Simzy were doing their best to resolve the problem, but this happened. They promised to refund my money, but that too has happened. Simzy is a SCAM.

SIMZY is a fraud company. In February, I bought an eSIM from this. It never connected. I paid USD 15. I connected 5-6 times over a chat for refund. They promised to refund. However, it never came. Apparently, they make their money by cheating on customers!

I purchased a Germany 14-day eSIM advertised as Unlimited Data.
Shortly after activation, my data was capped without any prior disclosure.
Support ignored my emails and provided only generic delaying responses.
This is misleading advertising. I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank.
I strongly advise avoiding this service.
