Silver Mushroom Ltd Arvostelua

Weren’t able to honour order but I was informed quickly with a phone call.
Refund a bit lengthy though. Wouldn’t put me off considering them again for future purchases. X

Easy ordering and quick delivery. When an item was broken during the delivery process through no fault of their own [well packed], I was actually able to speak to a PERSON and a replacement came speedily. A good online shopping experience - shows it can be done! Well done Silver Mushroom and Thanks!

Good value. Local business. Superb customer service. Just st the end of the phone. Delivery arrived the day after order placed. Good communication on status. Highly recommend.

I had ordered a teapot for my mums 60th and went it got here, Unfortunately the teapot lid was smashed. So I emailed Silver mushroom explained the situation and within a couple of days.. a brand new teapot came through the post. Absolute amazing service to Gwen and the team 10/10

Great place to buy beautiful gifts, or just something for yourself. Fast delivery, great customer service; all in all one of my favourite online retailers. Have used them before, and will use them again.

Lovely and well made mixing bowl, which is a present for my baking mad daughter. Wrapped perfectly and everything from ordering to receiving was excellent. Gorgeous shop and a really happy experience with all aspects.

Highly recommended. Great communication and tracking. Very pleased with my purchase, which arrived on time and securely packaged. Many thanks.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to let you know how impressed I was with your service. Not something I come across that often. Such a personalised, kind and courteous service. Thank you x

Excellent delivery, very safely packaged. High quality item - looks great on the windowsill with tea lights in. Thank you.

Great products at good prices. Website easy to navigate and well photographed with honest descriptions. Parcel arrived supper quicksand well packaged. Would order again? Absobloominglutely!

Website easy to use. Delivery excellent and products well packaged. My products were even better than I expected. A great experience for me all round. Well done Silver Mushroom!

Placed order 16 October, didn’t despatch until 25 October and still not arrived, nearly 2 weeks after placing order. No contact made to say there were delays until the day of despatch, some 9 days later. It’s since been delayed with Hermes, which I appreciate is not Silver Mushrooms fault, but customer service response times from Silver Mushroom are very slow - 2/3 days at least. Will not be ordering again.

Just received my third order and just as thrilled with these items as I have been with the others. Who knew buying kitchen crockery could be so exciting?!
