Silver Mushroom Ltd Arvostelua

Beautiful items, I'm so in love with designs I could buy everything. Very good quality and fast delivery with everything packed with care (and I ordered ceramics). I would recommend to anyone that value quality and beauty in their life.

Ordered a bread bin with matching tea/coffee/sugar cannisters - very happy with my purchase, they look lovely in my new kitchen :)
Very quick delivery and extremely well packaged, will certainly use Silver Mushroom again

Ordered my Smeg toaster from Silver Mushroom, had a real job trying to find one so was so happy when I saw they had one no problem! Very smooth transaction. Good communication and item delivered in great time. Thank you Silver Mushroom! Highly recommended 😊🍄

I'm a first time customer and to be honest I cant fault them. I was over the moon with their sale items, total bargains! And I love Nkuku goods so was especially chuffed with my £5 picture frame. Items were well packaged and arrived promptly in great condition with great tracking communication. Yes, I will definitely order from SM again.

Fantastic company - so glad to have found them online. Excellent customer service, great communication & very fast & safe delivery of a beautiful butter dish & stunning glass photo frames. They were really well packaged & arrived within 2 days of ordering at the time the delivery company stated. Thank you so much- will definitely be ordering again from you.

Good looking website, that was easy to navigate. Something for every price range and some great sale items.
My order arrived promptly, well but not overly packaged and everything was as described
No issues at all, Silver Mushroom will be bookmarked and visited again.

I’ve never shopped from this company before. I will certainly be shopping on here again
Excellent service, communication and high quality product

Ordered a set of Mason Cash bowls, three out of four were marked, scratched, chipped and had poor paint work, they look like seconds but it definitely doesn’t state this on the website. Sent an email straight away and received no response. Sent a second email asking for someone to contact me…nothing. Really poor customer service. Avoid.

Fantastic service, really fast delivery and the things I ordered are beautiful!

Superb service, great products and competetive prices.
Having looked around for a gift in a particular product range I came across Silver Mushroom. Not only did they carry a great range, their prices were the best I found too. A large Dept store site offered to price match if I found the items that I was wanting cheaper elsewhere but to be honest why not give the business to a small "British" business that was already cheaper - plus they were also offering free delivery.
I had to call the Company to rectify a mistake that I had made when ordering and spoke to a lovely and helpful lady who sorted the issue promptly.
I also chose the ordinary free delivery as time was not am important factor for me and was amazed when it was delivered within two days!!!
Absolutely sterling service.I will definitely be back.

Quite addicted to this lovely company after so many great purchases, especially my mugs, platters and glasses. My 'big retail' shopping days are so over. Quirky, unique product. Real, helpful and genuinely customer-centric people. Small local businesses every time for me now. Can't wait for the sale now. Bring on Christmas shopping....

Absolutely fantastic company.
Bought a smeg kettle and toaster and the service was great by all the team at silver mushroom.
I contacted them after buying the kettle to see if I could get the toaster to match, they said it was out of stock but as soon as it was back in they would contact me and they were true to what they said.
When it came in they contacted me and I purchased the toaster as soon as contact was made. Everything they said they delivered on.
It really does make a change to have complete confidence in a company.
I would recommend silver mushroom to everyone and will continue to buy from them.
A very big thank you to:
Alice, Ali, Hillary & Betty.

Bought Artisan dinner and side plates which are a beautiful set which I am collecting. The delivery service was excellent. Will be purchasing again very soon. Thank you Silver Mushroom 😀

I purchased six 3 litre Kilner jars from 'Silver mushroom' Arrived on time, excellent packaging and a quality product. Great experience, thank you Rebecca & Emmie, will visit your online store again soon 🙂

*I would like to add a comment and update my review about Silver Mushroom. The delivery has not arrived but the service from their work colleague, Hilary has been excellent. She has kept me fully updated. The order was cancelled and reissued and has arrived. Thank you . I feel confident using your company in the future.

I have ordered from this company. Paid for next day delivery. My purchase has still not arrived. I have tried to track the parcel and contact the company but there seems to be multiple issues with their website.
I'm hoping to still get my purchase delivered ..But I'm not feeling confident. I will not use this company again.

I ordered four Kilner jars because they were cheaper here than other online retailers. It's always a bit nerve wracking ordering glass products, but, I have to say they all arrived intact. The jars were delivered by courier in a large cardboard box, packed with thick brown paper, very well done.

Easy website to navigate and place an order, a good selection of products in complimentary styles to create the perfect selection of things to buy in one place, quick delivery - love it!

Very quick delivered!! Website easy to use!!

Order was delivered quickly and was well wrapped up and packaged. Goods were good price. Would shop again.
