Silver Mushroom Ltd Arvostelua

As a returning customer I have to highlight two things. Firstly it's Silver Mushroom's beautiful top quality products, followed by their amazing customer service. And that's why they 100% deserve 5 star rating!

I ordered a grey bobble bowl, the lead time was 1-2 weeks but arrived within the week.
Well packaged, it’s beautiful

My storage jars arrived today. They are well made and look great in the kitchen. I was really impressed with the packaging ensuring that they survived the journey without any mishaps. I received sufficient updates on the delivery time. Thank you Silver Mushroom for your professional & efficient service.

What a lovely company . I'm so happy with my purchase's and they were a great price in the sale .
Highly recommend 😁

Good looking website and found exactly what we were looking for. Easy to order and item arrived quickly.

I had been told that there was a 1 - 2 week lead-time, but I'm yet to receive any updates despite chasing, even though the two weeks have now passed!

Misleading delivery time and no proper communication
I ordered a lamp from Silver Mushroom because the website stated a waiting time of 1–2 weeks. After I paid, I was told by email that the waiting time would actually be around two weeks longer.
Since then, there has been no proper communication, no lamp, and no refund. This is unacceptable. Customers should be clearly informed before payment if an item is not in stock or if the delivery time is much longer than advertised.
This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. It feels extremely unprofessional and I would strongly warn other customers to be careful before ordering from this company.

Good choice of products; excellent customer service; rapid delivery.

A beautiful floor lamp. I chose Silver Mushroom as the price included delivery, making it cheaper than other retailers. Clear communication and delivered as promised.

I find Silver Mushroom provide original quality product's at competitive prices enhanced by ease of ordering with good ongoing communication through to delivery, highly recommended.

Ordered a beautiful floor lamp. It was delivered safely and does not disappoint. Service was excellent. I am very happy.

Communication was good and when we chased the order the response was prompt. The purchase was value for money would definitely recommend this company.

Had a query on delivery which was sorted very quickly! Parcel arrived as stated and really well packaged items. Can’t wait for Christmas Day when my daughter opens her gifts! Great company to do business with, thank you.

the items were so well packaged and I really like them and arrived in a timely fashion.

I’ve waited 4 weeks for an order, tried contacting and no response so no idea if it’s legitimate or not

Took many weeks to arrive, I was starting to question if it was actually a legitimate company. I emailed and got no reply.
However it did turn up eventually!!

My bowl was extremely well packaged with protective layers and it arrived promptly.

Great shopping experience. Had a question answered promptly with care and professionalism

They dont pay their creditors and are now operating as a dormant company! Currently being investigated.

Found this company online after trying to find a standard lamp. So glad I found them. Gorgeous lamp, beautifully packed and I’m so pleased with it. Plus they are in Lancashire where I came from, and I will check out their lovely items again. Happy to support a local company. 😁💕
