Silver Mushroom Ltd Arvostelua

I purchased a dining table and had a problem, customer services are without a doubt the best I have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble, I was kept informed along the way with delivery dates etc. Special mention to Keira who went above and beyond in her support. I have purchased other items from this company and have had not problems at all, good quality and a little bit different from the crowd.

I received a first class service from Silver Mushroom. I bought a bench from them and spoke to an extremely helpful person before my item was dispatched who even took the trouble (without my requesting it) to take a photo of the item before it left their warehouse. Smooth delivery ensued, good communication and a gorgeous complimentary room spray was thrown in to round off an excellent first experience of ordering from this company. I’ll be back!

Ordered a expensive cabinet two months ago, was told I have to wait six weeks, been emailing for the last three weeks and been told that it’s on its way,

At this rate I’ll be getting buried in it!

Great communication, high quality products, prompt dispatch and very well packaged. Over all a fantastic shopping experience, I would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Their products are quality and look gorgeous. Pati in Customer Service has recently gone above and beyond to help me out with a replacement lid which I needed after my husband accidentally chipped the new one I had. Thank you so much Pati and Silver Mushroom for your outstanding service! ♥️

Efficient service. Good value. Very happy

Excellent customer service, query dealt with straight away and lots of info sent. I’d ordered the Mason Cash “Into The Meadow” set of bowls and they arrived extremely well packaged.

I ordered three St Ives Pottery storage jars for Tea, Coffee and Sugar. They were very well packaged and I have been pleased with my purchase.

I have used this company before, i knew exactly what i wanted to re-order & it was in stock. Item well packaged, updated regularly re order & expected delivery.
Excellent service

Don’t usually do reviews but felt I should on this occasion. My partner has just unwrapped the stool which I ordered from your website. Very happy with the results. Thanks again for your help. Will definitely use your company again 👍🏻

I ordered a large stone bowl which wasn't in stock at the time. However, I was advised when it would be back in stock and kept informed at every stage until it was delivered by DPD. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from again.

Brilliant company & service - delighted with my purchases from Silver Mushroom, the bedding is top quality and the accessories are unique and really finish off my newly decorated room! The free gifted room scent spray smells great and is a really nice touch.

Good communication from the company and really beautifully hand crafted stools - fantastic workmanship and high quality product. Look amazing and very comfortable to sit on.

My order was for a floor lamp when it came it was so well packed I knew it would be perfect and it was, since then I have got the matching table lamp and both are so well made and are simple but stylish; like every thing on Silver mushroom.
