I had an issue with shipping as I accidentally input the wrong post code, Luca in customer support was really helpful and able to rectify it. Recieved my chairs within a few days of working with the customer service!

Found them from their GQ article and ordered the winter bed. After 9 weeks I got it, there were no instructions. However the team sent over a handyman to install it free of charge.

Purchased a bed and I was away whilst it was ready to deliver they kept it in storage for me and then organise a white glove delivery when I was back

I ordered a mirror from this company which was crazily expensive but I really liked it on their website. It was meant to be gold but it was cooper/bronze coloured so therefore doesn’t match in my bathroom. Also it’s a bit plasticky. It was so over the top packaged that I couldn’t send it back anyway as had to rip all the packaging apart. It took two of us to unpack it in fact. So, stupidly, I have only now just seen their refund policy which doesn’t cover you if you don’t like it, which I don’t. Plus you have to let them know within 48 hours. £1200 lighter but lesson learned.I won’t be doing that again. Rip off.

I have ordered ££££'s worth of furniture from this company. A sofa and an ornament. I really hope the sofa is worth every penny......... As the ornament isn't!!
