I ordered garden furniture from this company. Firstly they did not deliver all the parts of the garden furniture. This was corrected. The garden furniture also had a broken table. Despite numerous attempts to get a replacement or a refund the company has not provided either, despite promising that they would send a replacement table. Now this company does not reply to my emails. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY AND BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

Delivery company that they use caused damage to my flooring on delivery - ripped a hole in the middle of the vinyl. Wouldn't really have expected it given it was a flatpack wardrobe that they had to bring a couple of feet inside the doorway so really not that awkward (have had plenty of other furniture brought in recently as just moved in, including items substantially heavier and more awkward than this, with no damage caused) - but of course accidents do happen.

Had this been minor damage that could be patched up easily and inexpensively like a marks on the wall etc. I wouldn't be bothered - that sort of thing you expect might happen when having furniture delivered and I'd specifically not bothered to repaint the hallway yet in anticipation of the fact that I had a couple of big bits of furniture to come that might catch the wall - but the only way to repair this damage is to replace the vinyl, fortunately it's a relatively small hallway but still a significant cost to repair (quote is £225) and more than I think is reasonable for me to be expected to just suck up.

Contacted Home Outlet immediately after delivery to let them know about the damage. Had a phone call the following day to assure me it would be sorted, but was told the warehouse manager wasn't in - fine. Warehouse manager rang me the following day, very brief phone call where he asked me to send pictures of the damage. Heard nothing since but as I was waiting on quotes for replacement anyway and had other commitments didn't think much of it.

Got a quote for the floor to be sorted earlier this week. Sent it through to Home Outlet - they don't have a branch email (or at least not one they make obvious) so I sent it to the Facebook page (which they've responded to previously so clearly do look out), the generic Home Outlet email, and directly to the warehouse manager via WhatsApp. I've also tried to call the warehouse managers number and the store number.

No acknowledgement to any of the methods I've used to send the quote to them and no answer to the calls. You'd think they'd at least acknowledge receipt of the quote and let me know that they'll be in touch soon but I've had nothing yet.

Suppose I'll have to chase around next week to get a response and any sort of resolution to this issue, but really there should be a formal process for these things to get resolved that doesn't involve having to make multiple attempts at getting a response.

Wardrobe itself is fine, instructions to put it together were unclear in places and the parts could do with better labelling (all the panels and fixings have letters / numbers in the instructions, but are all mixed together unlabelled in the boxes so had to make an educated guess based on the pictures / measurements which were not always an exact match to the part - and we were lacking a few screws etc.) but looks good once we got it put together.

A friend and myself took our friend to look at living room furniture to the Adderbury branch. We were amazed at the vast selection of very good quality sofas, tables and armchairs that we were looking for. My friend purchased 5 items and is extremely pleased with everything she ordered. She did not have to wait too long for delivery which was a bonus. A very lovely lady called Julie assisted us, customer service, politeness and sense of humour was brilliant. Julie was very helpful and understanding and made our experience at the Furniture Outlet really enjoyable,

I ordered a garden furniture set and was told they would phone me when it came in so that I could collect it.
A week later and no call so I went to the shop to ask where it was.
Apparently they called me after a couple of days but when I showed the member of staff the call log on my phone proving that they had not called me or left a message he became extremely abusive, aggressive and intimidatory.
Eventually my furniture was thrown into my vehicle when he saw that I was not impressed with his behaviour.
They are quick to take your money and smile while doing it but the abuse when things go wrong is unforgiveable.
A simple "sorry" would have been enough !

Bought a beautiful garden set from these. Amazing quality. Lovely delivery man very polite brought it straight to where I wanted it , will be buying again from them you won’t be disappointed 5 stars guys thankyou Tracey crewe

Please avoid if you can. I bought a table in getting home I realised that the table size is too big. I took the table back and asked form a refund and they said they don’t do refund.
This was not communicated to me and not on my receipt either. No transparency of policy to customer and this needs to be investigated. ASAP. Ripoffs

Bought a sideboard from Home Outlet in Market Harborough and had it delivered. We were delighted by both the sideboard and the delivery. Couldn't have gone better.

We visited the shop in thuruck purchased a sofa and we said explicitly that we did not want the floor sofa we wanted one from the store room. We were told 3 times that we would not get a floor one. I put some paper down the side of the floor sofa. When the sofa was delivered it came un wrapped , I checked the side of the sofa there was my bit of paper. I contacted the store who eventually agreed that it had come from the floor showroom. But insisted it was not second hand after possibly hundreds of people had sat on it. I was told that all the furniture sold comes from the showroom, so beware all of you who think you are getting a NEW SOFA . I have been promised a new one but I have my doubts. LETS SEE IF MY REVIEW REMAINS, I DOUBT IT

I ordered a bedroom suite from them, when it got here mirror was broken, wrong wardrobe doors sent, and wrong lockers. they now ignore my emails.

These people are liars and thieves. I spent 2500 dollars here the sofa and tv stand were as I expected the mattress was replaced with a cheaper one that sucks the child’s bed was not the same one I looked at and ordered in store the other bed I got was ok. The chairs and lamps never came still two plus months later. The people they say they work with to get the items don’t have them listed as retailers that they work with and the customer service is a joke here. There’s no one to speak with no way to resolve any of these issues do not go here. Also for a store going out of business they sure have been open still a very long time and still continue to restock new items which I find very strange for a place that is closing why would you keep adding new items if you claim you want everything gone now hurry hurry. Bull crap con artist.

Bought a BT 3930 4 handset unit. System failed after a few months. Replacement sent but was broken before it arrived. As requested returned all units at a cost of £6.50 to me. Company refused to compensate me and has ignored subsequent requests. Poor service and would not do business with them again.(all for the sake of £6.50!!!)

I have tried contacting this company on multiple occasions, through phone and email regarding my missing item to no avail.

It has now been nearly 6 weeks since I paid in full for my items (2 bedside tables, 2 chests of drawers and 1 wardrobe) and I am still missing half of the wardrobe!

It's more unacceptable that they have not got in contact to try and resolve the issue.

I won't be using this company to buy from again.

I bought a wardrobe had to chase for delivery when it finally arrived had to return it badly damaged I have been chasing a refund for 3 weeks still not recieved one they have ignored all my emails will never use them again terrible feel ripped off

This is a really practical and useful furniture not to mention how neat it looks, It feels strong And sturdy and yet light to move around as well as affordable too,
