Initially asked their customer services a question, never received a reply (in their what’s app customer service option).
Ordered item, shows available to order on website. Received a refund, no explanation or any reason given. Terrible customer service and communication.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. Bought a coffee table and the quality wasn't what we were expecting, so we emailed on the same day it was delivered asking to do a return. Have sent numerous emails and left numerous messages with their AI assistant over a 4 week period but have heard nothing back. Order number is 6490. I will be raising a complaint to The Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman and Trading Standards if I dont hear back within next couple of days

Teak furniture literally crumbled to pieces in 5 years. Supposedly should last a lifetime. Some components may be teak but the actual structure holding it together is definitely not. It is like sponge and just crumbles in your fingers.
2 chairs just completely collapsed beyond repair and the table is barely holding onto it’s frame.
Customer service is a BOT so I have had no response back from them whatsoever.
The initial delivery may look great and we have had 5 years use from it but Teak is meant to last 30-50 years which is why we invested in this furniture.

However, as a natural material, it does require periodic care and maintenance to preserve its structure and appearance over time. Regular cleaning, appropriate treatment, and protection from prolonged harsh weather conditions all play an important role in its longevity.
After several years of outdoor exposure, natural movement, weathering, and joint loosening can occur — particularly if maintenance has been limited.

High Quality Product. We purchased a root Dining room glass top table. It was of very high quality and looked amazing. The delivery experience was great with all communications regarding dates and timings etc. I would highly recommend Chelsea Home and Leisure.

DO NOT BUY - Rattan Firepit set luxury edition
We bought the Rattan Firepit set luxury edition. It arrived with no fixings to assemble the table. My complaint was replied to with a video of how to assemble the table, but still no fittings! I went out and purchased the fittings to assemble the table and then discovered that there were insufficient glass beads to fill the firepit to the level stated in the instructions. A further complaint ref no fittings and insufficient glass beads tried to tell me that the manufacturers instructions were wrong!! This purchase has been a nightmare since the day that it arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

With regard to the fixings, these are normally supplied within the packaging, and we regret if they were not included in your set. We would always be happy to send replacement fittings immediately once notified.
In relation to the glass beads, the quantity supplied is based on the manufacturer’s recommended safe operating level for the firepit. Instruction booklets can occasionally contain generic diagrams, and the safe fill level may differ slightly from the illustrated example. Safety is always our priority when advising customers.
