Great store with lovely helpful staff. Sheena kindly took time to advise regarding building an outfit around an existing piece I owned. Lots of great pieces in store and online.

Best Service, Quality and Knowledgeable Staff
Shopping at Sheenas is a dream. While I understand that you might feel it is outside your budget, it isn't. If you compare with buying a dress in high street outlet, the quality and durability of the clothes from Sheenas is far superior. I starting buying pieces there over 20 years ago and I can still put them on me today and feel like they have just come out of the shopping bag instead of the washing machine. Most of the clothes are machine washable and the fit is 100% better. Don't believe me, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding your experience.
To clarify, your original item was returned and a refund was processed before we received your request for an exchange. As a gesture of goodwill, we reserved the item you were looking for and contacted you to arrange payment so we could dispatch it the same day. The excange was placed late Friday. An Post next working day for collections is Monday. I would expect your parcel to be with you at the latest Thursday.
We thank you for your understanding. As a gesture I have issued a 10% discount on your purchase and waved your second delivery fee.
Kind regards,Miriam
