Great store with lovely helpful staff. Sheena kindly took time to advise regarding building an outfit around an existing piece I owned. Lots of great pieces in store and online.

Hi Nuala,
We’re really sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your order and understand how frustrating that must be.
As previously explained, your order was refunded. We did try to contact you by phone, but unfortunately the number provided was incorrect. We also sent a couple of emails to follow up and let you know that we still have your items available and would be happy to resend them.
As the original order was refunded, payment would need to be processed again before shipping. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered free delivery on the replacement order.
We’ve since responded again to your latest message and are just waiting to hear back from you so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. We’re here to help and want to ensure you have a positive experience with us.
We look forward to hearing from you.
