Great store with lovely helpful staff. Sheena kindly took time to advise regarding building an outfit around an existing piece I owned. Lots of great pieces in store and online.

Vastaus yritykseltä Sheena's Boutique
Dear Margaret,
We are very sorry to hear that your parcel has not yet arrived.
Please be assured that your parcel was handed over to An Post on Friday at 5:00pm. Unfortunately, on occasion, a tracking scan may not appear until a parcel is out for delivery. However, we appreciate that your parcel should have arrived by now.
I have raised this directly with both our An Post Account Manager and An Post Customer Services, and an investigation is now underway to establish the current location and status of your parcel. I will keep you updated as soon as I receive further information.
I believe you may also have left a one-star review on Trustpilot regarding this issue. I hope the above provides some reassurance that we are actively following this up on your behalf.
We account for all parcels handed over to An Post and take delivery issues very seriously. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this delay.
We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
