Excluding Scotland!
They state free delivery to mainland UK and then list every Scottish postcode as excluded in the small print. Do they not realise most of Scotland is mainland UK?

Happy customer
I was worried about ordering through Shackletons after I read the Trustpilot reviews. I am happy to say though that I had a very positive experience. I ordered a large garden storage box and even though I have to construct it, it has arrived in perfect condition.
The delivery company, ArrowXL, that Shackletons used were also very good. Once they had received my order I was sent multiple notifications (emails and texts) as well as a call on the day. The two delivery men were also polite and efficient.
So all in all a very happy customer.

Bought a beautiful Bamford patch armchair and it’s beautiful. Service from start to finish was perfect highly recommended

Not free delivery for most of Scotland
Tried to order a chair from this company to Dundee but they added £60 delivery even though they claim free delivery to mainland UK. On further investigation they exclude most of mainland Scotland. Dundee is not Highland and Islands nor is Perth.

Phantom Order
I ordered a garden sofa and shackletons said it would arrive in 2-4 weeks. 5 weeks passed with still no sign so I emailed them and go no reply. After a few days I called and they looked into it for me. They then emailed me to say that the sofa was not in stock and they would not be able to order more stock. Why did they sell me something they couldn't deliver and worse why did they not tell me they couldn't deliver after weeks of not delivering? How long would it have taken for them to tell me if I didn't call them? Still waiting on my refund
