I purchased the unlimited extension for All In One WP migration ($70) to migrate a local site from WPLocal to godaddies server. After hours of troubleshooting I realized that the plugin from servmask doesn't work. I tried to reach out and get a refund, but was told that because I managed to manually make the site live without even using the plug-in, they couldn't issue a refund. It was definitely just because they didn't want to give the money back. Bad biz.

The plug-in is the best. It saves me a lot to transfer many WordPress sites that my company owns.

Great option to create automated ftp backups with this extension. Great support as well.

Excellent technical support for a plugin that is really fantastic for ensuring one has backups of a website, and it's so simple to download those backups to a local computer as well as restore a site when needed.

The support is really reactive and fast. They solved my issue as fast as they could. Now everything works perfectly.

DOESN'T WORK
I purchased the plugin, made the restore, and my website crashed because the backup was corrupted.
I had to pay €120 a developer to fix the issue, and of course there's no refund policy!

Servmasks support has been 2nd to none. If I could give them more stars I could have gone on forever.
There is no time limit on how long it takes them to help you and just yesterday 4th July 2023 it took Eddie and his Technician 8hrs to sort my problem out.
That is how dedicated a team they are to their customers. I hold them in the greatest esteem for hanging in there with me.
You can't get service like that anywhere.

Although this was a new program I bought and used, it had a flaw where you have to edit the file permissions on the plugin, which I didn't understand how to do.
Soo I sent a request, and they told me that I had to use Filezilla FTP for it,- so I did, got a new problem, but they have me help all the way,- clear and quick, so I finally solved the problem.
Very happy with the help I got, because it was informative enough to help me solve the problem.

It was a good experience, my website is in Wordpress, I installed the Plugins for free, then I bought it because my website was 3.5 mb, I exported the website (staging) to another server, I received help from the support, very easy and it worked well.
