Michael at All-in One-Migration, after trying several times on my own trying to get a backup to move my local PC helped by telling me to delete and reinstall the plugin....turns out a possible power-outage of my internet may have caused the backups to "stop" when assigning a local folder for download. Message was "File not found on server." After re-install, it worked fine.

An incredibly knowledgeable support that really helps you when you can't figure it out yourself.
They are fast and don't give up until they have fixed the problems.

I have been using All-in-One WP Migration for a long time, and this app is amazing and has saved my website and my life several times. The app is smooth and easy to work with, and it also has tons of options that I haven't used yet.
I obviously use the pro version and 100% recommend this app if you want to have peace of mind about your website.
I am just a user and don't have any affiliation or relationship with the developer and this is my personal and honest review.

The product itself was very straight-forward and easy to use; but the best thing is the customer service whenever I had any issues they were always willing to help.

J'ai acheté le plugin All in one migration. Moins d'une heure après, j'ai fait la demande d'être remboursé car je ne trouvais pas comment l'installer. Une personne m'a répondu et expliqué comment l'installer, mais malgré une heure ou deux passées à essayer, je n'ai pas aimé le plugin et l'ai désinstallé. La personne m'a répondu que comme je l'avais installé, je ne pouvais pas être remboursé ! C'est pathétique ! J'ai invoqué mon droit de rétractation de 14 jours. Malgré mes demandes répétées, la société a refusé de me rembourser en prétextant que j'avais déjà installé le plugin. Et pour finir ils ferment toutes demandes sans réponse.
Je trouve cette attitude inacceptable et je considère cela comme du vol. Je déconseille vivement cette société qui ne respecte pas ses clients et ne semble pas avoir de scrupules. J'ai l'habitude d'acheter des plugins et des thèmes pour mes projets, et je n'ai jamais rencontré de tels problèmes avec d'autres entreprises. Ces dernières ont toujours fait preuve de professionnalisme et de respect envers leurs clients, même en cas de demande de remboursement dans les délais impartis. Le refus catégorique de cette société me laisse penser qu'il s'agit d'une entreprise en difficulté, et donc peu soucieuse de la satisfaction de ses clients. Du coup, je doute du suivi de leurs produits dans le temps.

I bought their $99 Google drive plugin add-on but did not use it. I did not cancel
Billing as it’s quite difficult and the direct debit renewed. I emailed their customer service and they cancelled my direct debit and gave me a full refund, so great customer service from this company, and I use their other free products frequently which I can recommend.
