Fast and good quality

Ordered 20 items on september 28th about 6am and was welcomed by a same day dispatch banner if ordered before 2pm all went well. Got my confirmation email and heard nothing about dispatch. 12th october i emailed asking for a delivery update and got no reply but the order was dispatched that day and this was where the problems began. 17 items arrived on 15th october with no paperwork in parcel to confirm what was packed or any issues with stock. Emailed about missing items and was sent on a goose chase with forms being wrong that they sent. They keep saying about waiting for an email but they keep asking for paperwork they failed to send so i cant send it. Their customer service is useless the phone numbers a robot and the humans admitting things were misleading has not filled me with confidence. Their website only shows 5 star reviews until i found the true picture on this website.shocking company will never use again and wont suggest them to anybody as their items seem really over priced once you see them in person and the size of the items.

They flagged this review as false. its 100% accurate the order in under my partners name and they are now ignoring her emails

Placing the order and delivery were fine. But a number of items that I had purchased broke or became faulty shortly after receiving them. Due to the nature of the products thar broke; liquid or slime filled - once the broke they promptly went in bin to avoid being ingested or covering anything that my 4 year old would go near.

They company have since refused a refund on these items on the basis that they were not returned even after i explained the reasons for said items going in the bin and not being salvaged for a retun.

Delivery was great. No problems at all. Has trouble with my order, so emailed and the advisor emailed back that the order had been sorted and placed. Communication is fab. I got an email to inform me an item would be delayed, due toit being out of stock and I was asked if I wanted the other items to be sent, or held and shipped together when the item was back in stock. I agreed to wait and all items arrived together on the estimated date. I can't fault the company or delivery at all

DO NOT order from this company, I ordered some things for my son to put away for Christmas. I placed an order and still haven’t received anything tried to contact seller and no response. Sent a dispute with my bank and they managed to get me a refund.
Website is clearly a scam

Still not received items after 3 months of ordering. No communication, poor company, don’t know how still in business!

I ordered a play kitchen for my daughters 1st birthday & I’ve had no email about this being dispatched, panicking as this was her main present, sent an email 2 days ago regarding this and if I can put a cancellation through and re order this from somewhere else, I’ve had no communication and no reply. I will be taking this up with my bank to try and get the money back.
