Delivery was great. No problems at all. Has trouble with my order, so emailed and the advisor emailed back that the order had been sorted and placed. Communication is fab. I got an email to inform me an item would be delayed, due toit being out of stock and I was asked if I wanted the other items to be sent, or held and shipped together when the item was back in stock. I agreed to wait and all items arrived together on the estimated date. I can't fault the company or delivery at all

DO NOT order from this company, I ordered some things for my son to put away for Christmas. I placed an order and still haven’t received anything tried to contact seller and no response. Sent a dispute with my bank and they managed to get me a refund.

Still not received items after 3 months of ordering. No communication, poor company, don’t know how still in business!

I ordered a play kitchen for my daughters 1st birthday & I’ve had no email about this being dispatched, panicking as this was her main present, sent an email 2 days ago regarding this and if I can put a cancellation through and re order this from somewhere else, I’ve had no communication and no reply. I will be taking this up with my bank to try and get the money back.

Lots of communication from the courier. Items as described, seem sturdy and good value for money.

Great products, easy to use website, they've turned up in good time and so far seems to be really good for my child.

Ordered four products three arrived and I wished to return two items and queried the missing item. Before returning or sorting out the missing items they have to have a meeting to decide whether you can have a refund and return the item.(which legally you are within your rights to return items bought on line) As for the refund on the missing item I very much doubt I will ever receive the refund.

Really bad company, we placed an order mid September but it never materialised and their customer service is nothing else than robots who keep asking the same thing.

Stumbled across this website and im so glad i have. Ordered a great bundle of squishies for my daughter. Shes obsessed with them and i was so happy to be able to get so much variety at such reasonable prices. Dispatched quickly and arrived quickly. Thank you

Bought a rainbow squishy from them that burst after 2 days. Asked fkr refund which was rejected. Will NOT be buying anything else from them especially as they are advising us they work with children with SEND...and I certainly DON'T RECOMMEND them!

No communication regarding delivery. We have now contacted the company via the email address provided and just received an auto response saying we will be contacted. We have also called via the telephone number today and the AI will not put us through to anyone. We have left details for a call back. We have now had to request via Email a full refund. Hoping we have a better expedience with this than some of the other reviewers

Keep emailing to chase my refunds that I'm owed and keeping getting the same response, I have to keep clarifying what's happened due to them having 'limit on notes'. I reply what's happened time and time again and then don't get a response. When I email to chase it up I get the same rubbish back. I would warn all shoppers to not shop here! Scam company and il await the threatening emails they apparently send according to other reviews when my bank does a charge back.

No delivery of a gift for my niece.
Ordered on 21 September and still not arrived on 12 October. When I flagged it hadn’t been dispatched by 30 September, they told me they had sent it budget delivery. Still no arrival.

Everything was as described online
