I ordered on the 24 08 2023 still havent recieved any order no updates im realy dissapointed as i hessitated to order from them but i did and nothing as arrived. Quick to take a payment but not quick to send the items ill gine another few days and ill take the matter further.
Sooo disappointing such a big company

Sefamerve ist die reinste Katastrophe und sehr unprofessionell. Ich rate wirklich jedem ab, hier etwas zu bestellen. Habe das Geld überwiesen, Ware kam nicht an, bis ich die anschrieb.
Auf der Homepage steht, das Retouren wieder zurück geschickt werden können…. . Die Retoure wird nicht angenommen…. habe die Ware dreimal wieder zurückbekommen und noch Strafgeld bei der Post zahlen müssen. Als ob die portokosten schon nicht reichen auch noch sowas. NIE WIEDER, wird hier was bestellt !!!!!

Order number 33682227 Some days ago , still not posted and no update provided .

I have ordered a evening dress on the 27th last month and I have received a message saying that the delivery is clear and I have to pay £23. my order number is 33667754. I have evidence that I have put the correct delivery address on the website but they want me to pay an additional £23.I have tried to tack my order with the tracking number . However, the website says that my order is still in turkey. I received a message on my phone saying the delivery address is not clear and that I have to pay £23 to send it for 08.08.23. This is not right as I have checked and remembered that I put my full delivery address on the website. This is a mistake which the company have made . Therefore, I will not pay £23, I tried to contact Sefamerve but I have not received any reply.

I placed an order on the 25th of Jul, still waiting for shipment information. I have messaged them but got no reply. And all it says is that the order has been packed. This has been the case for a few days. Very disappointed
My order number is 33665801.
So, I received a reply from Sefamerve on the 2nd Aug, saying that the order will be shipped that day. I asked if it will come by the 4th Aug and was told not. I then asked for it to be cancelled, only to be told on the 3rd that the order had been shipped. They missed my email due to technical issues.

Ich wollte eigentlich keinen Punkt vergeben, aber man muss ja... Auf jeden Fall würde ich hier nicht nochmal bestellen. Ein Teil der Ware wurde, warum auch immer getrennt verschickt und ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Auf die WhatsApp Nachrichten werden nicht geantwortet. Also hier habe ich das letzte Mal bestellt. Und wenn ich in der Türkei bin werde ich den Laden mal persönlich besuchen. Weiterempfehlung? Nein, bestimmt nicht!!!!

Habe vor paar Tagen eine Bestellung aufgegeben gleich an dem Tag gezahlt. Heute ist Montag bei mir steht im Status noch nicht gezahlt. Paar mal über WhatsApp versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen. Keine Antwort auf meine Mail und WhatsApp Nachricht

They are very helpful. My order was missing for some reason then they reship my order. I am giving them 5*.

The order delayed too much but I asked to cancel and refund the money as I was traveling. The money returned within 3 weeks . Thanks for the refund process

Most of the time they send wrong dress which I didn’t order. And this time I ordered some Hijab 4 months ago which I didn’t receive. I asked for my money back for several times but I didn’t get back yet. Not going to order from this page anymore. Not recommended at all.

Habe meine Bestellung am 20.06.2023 retourniert. Bis heute habe ich mein Geld bzw. keine Erstattung / nicht erhalten.
Ich habe unzählige emails geschrieben und auch den whatsapp Chat kontaktiert. Man hält mich seit Wochen mit einem Textbaustein hin. Weiter habe ich den Fall Paypal gemeldet. Zudem werde ich dies auf Social Media platzieren, wenn weiter nichts passiert. Das Unternehmen behält Gelder ein, obwohl sie die Ware erhalten haben!!!!

Aktualisierung! Die Mailadresse ist reiner Fake. Anstatt mit meine 119,49€ zu erstatten, wollen sie mir nun eine Teilzahlung anbieten von 47€??? Obwohl ich beide Kleider retourniert habe. Der Weg zum Anwalt bleibt nun nicht aus! FINGER WEG. Grösste abzocker. Haben die Ware und wollen das Geld nicht erstatten!!!!

Je suis vraiment déçu des vêtements arrivé la qualité n'était incorrecte des boutons d'effet l'emballage était abîmé la livraison est venue trop tard je ne conseille pas de commander sur ce site là.

Cliente depuis quelques temps, je ne comprends pas les prix qui ont tripler en quelques mois. c'est devenu trop cher, je n'achète pas chez eux

I have packaged up the parcel and put the return letter at the front and I received the parcel on Friday. I am trying to take it to the post office but because it’s the weekend it wasn’t opened and it’s not opened on Monday due to bank holiday. I will take it to post office on Tuesday. I don’t know how long it will take but once you receive the item I want a full refund thanks.

UNVERSCHÄMT!!! NIE WIEDER!!! Erst musste ich lange auf meine Bestellung warten dann noch Rücksedekosten in Höhe meiner gesamten Bestellung zahlen. Werde nie wieder dort bestellen und werde sie nicht weiterempfehlen.
