Brilliant service well worth taking out.

The refund for my tickets was the fastest refund ive ever had, i would most definitly take out the insurance again in future my husband was too ill to go to thw venue so i uploaded his medical letter and sent proof of purchace and booking ref it was easy to do. Thank you very much.

Superb

I admit I was sceptical when I took out the protection. Expected if I did need to use it there would be small print or loop holes and excuses. However I was proven wrong. Unfortunately I was unable to make a show due to ill health. I provided proof and I was refunded within 48hrs. Would recommend.

Excellent service

Easy to navigate, process was straightforward, swift response with refund in account in less than 3 days from submitting, cannot fault the service, I don't tend to experience this type of efficiency nowadays, a credit to you. Thank you for taking the stress out of what was a stressful time not attending due to my husbands health.

Speedy refund

I was very impressed by the excellent service provided by Secure My Booking. It was easy to upload my supporting documents and my refund was granted in just a few days. Well worth purchasing this insurance.

Theatre refund very poorly

Filled in form, got a phone call within the hour. Very understanding lady and could here how unwell we were.
Refund within 24 hours.

Only thing I don't agree with is requesting a sick note from doctor. But everything went really smoothly and was very happy with the help and service.
