Anxiety attack at venue day of performance. Our claim was rejected as we "got to the venue", even though, a mixture of hot weather and crowding added to the anxiety attack, resulting in us leaving the performance an hour before it started!

After going back and forth with this company through their support chat, who initially said as we scanned our tickets, our claim is rejected, they eventually admitted that we could get evidence from the venue and a medical letter so our claim could be escalated.

After getting evidence from the venue that we left before the performance started, this company will not accept the medical history on the NHS app as evidence, and therefore we have had to pay £30 for a GP letter to confirm that is why we left before the performance started. I am waiting on the letter before initiating an appeal, but this company has made no effort whatsoever to attempt to make this process easier, and I disagree with the other reviews saying that they sympathise

I applied for a refund on theatre tickets online. I couldn't download documents and after hours trying it was hopeless. The person on the chat line cut me off in frustration, I was so stressed. Until today that is. I got this wonderful guy by the name of William. What a treasure. He just spent one and a half hours with me, explaining everything that was needed and how I could provide it. I couldn't send the documents because previously as nothing I was asked to do worked I had taken a picture of them and tried to send them that way. It transpired that was the problem. Because I'm 79 years old and not tech savvy William talked me through every option until the problem was resolved simply by adding the company email into my contacts, brilliant! His clarity of instruction and patience were beyond reproach. If every person in a call centre was as professional, concientous and helpful as William there would be no complaints. Don't let him go he is an absolute asset to your company.

Booked two tickets for an event 8 months in advance & paid the £1,75 insurance per ticket. On the day of the concert my wife was unable to attend due to an illness which had taken a turn for the worse. The afternoon of the next day after the concert i completed the online claim form for the refund, which looks a bit complicated at first but providing you have all the required information to hand it isn't that bad, and sent it off. I had an immediate response confirming that everything had been received & it would take up to 7 working days for a refund to be credited to my bank account. Imagine my complete surprise when early the next morning i had confirmation from my bank that the refund had gone into my account.

Easy application form and I received my full refund within two days. Highly recommend the peace of mind this service offers.
