The technician was clearly very experienced. He knew exactly how to fix things straight away. Whilst I can't fault any of the technicians that come, this one is my favourite. Very efficient.

Our history
SECOM’s roots in the UK go back as far as 1918, when the family-owned Lodge Lock and Safe Company began providing security solutions.
Growth and acquisitions led to its re-emergence as the Carroll Security Group – a major independent electronic security company.
In 1991, Carroll was acquired by SECOM Co Ltd of Japan, which has seen us go from strength to strength ever since!

Jermaine did a great job, thoroughly checking all the security devices in our home and was friendly and helpful. Rather less sure about the company's terms and conditions that appear to be changing without any written notification, even though we have been customers for 30+ years.

Engineer aspects of job were fine
Engineer aspects of job were fine, but I wasn't expecting the invoice which followed. On querying this, I was advised that all batteries were treated as consumables and thus not covered by my maintenance contract. Had I been made aware of this, then I would not have asked the Engineer to replace the backup battery in the control panel.
