First time using the app. Won upgrade then train cancelled! Ella at Seatfrog was excellent and repaid the upgrade almost immediately.
I also won an upgrade on return journey and that all worked perfectly.

Seatfrog is brilliant. I’ve used it a few times now and it’s been just fantastic.
I recently had a train cancelled and they refunded my upgrade so quickly.

Never used SeatFrog before but I'll be doing so again. Huge saving on the list price of a 1st class upgrade
As it happened the train was cancelled but refund sorted in a few days. Rebooked on the next train and secured an upgrade so happy days!

We love using seatfrog - especially to treat ourselves to a first class rail upgrade! Sadly our train to London got cancelled and we had to get off in Doncaster this weekend. It was super easy to complete the form online to request a refund and Ella, at Seatfrog replied within 24h of my request. Very impressed with the customer support - Thank you Ella and Seatfrog. Made a disappointing cancelled trip to London a little less painful!

Applying for an upgrade refund
The train that I upgraded to 1st Class on got cancelled. I applied for a refund for original seat but didn't realise I could apply for a refund for the 1st class upgrade. It was really easy to do and was refunded in under 24 hours. Great Customer Service from Ella.

Thanks to Ella V at Seatfrog for amazingly quick turnaround of my refund request due to first class carriage not being available on my train. Will definitely use Seatfrog again and would recommend!

Super quick refund!
I’ve used Seatfrog in the past and have always had a good experience and managed to bag upgrades when I have needed them from Kings Cross to Newcastle. I rarely buy a 1st class ticket and am usually lucky with upgrades via Seatfrog. This time my train was cancelled, I put in my request for a refund at 7pm last night and by 1pm today I had received my refund. Fantastic customer service. This is service I will share far and wide! Thank you and thanks to Ella in the Seatfrog team! 🐸

I've used Seatfrog for first class upgrades very successfully on many occasions, and always been very happy. I used it again last Friday, only to find that first class had been cancelled on the train because of faulty air conditioning. I filled in the very easy form to claim a refund whilst sitting on the train on Friday afternoon and now, on Monday morning, an email from Eibhilín at Seatfrog to say that my refund has been processed - fantastic, speedy customer service!
