Sealed Units Direct Arvostelua 

Ordered a replacement unit for a bifold door. Sealed units direct were competitive and efficient. Great communication and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use again.

I ordered multiple windows from Sealed Units Direct and they were all absolutely perfect.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake with my own measurements on two of them. When I contacted customer service (Vicky) she was incredibly understanding and helped me get the two replacements sorted out without any hassle.

The replacements are arriving quickly, and the customer service has been top-tier. They really save the day when you make a mistake—I will definitely use them again!

I have emailed this company twice to see if they can do one bathroom window unit, but no reply or acknowledgement, very disappointing.

Ordered a large glass unit, took payment then after chasing them a week later have been advised they cannot make this and will refund my payment which will take another two working days.

I ordered a sealed unit and found the edge to be slightly chipped, Vicky emailed me to check everything was okay with my order I mentioned it was chipped and she organised a replacement to be made and sent out immediately at no cost. The replacement was good. Vicky then again followed up to check everything was okay. Great service!

I was asked to replace a blown double glazed unit for a friend. I had no idea where I could get one or how to go about ordering since the glass also had a lead pattern.
I found Sealed Units Direct on a quick search and I found their page to be super easy and self explanatory for providing all the details they needed. The price was fine, much as expected considering the work and materials involved, So I ordered the window.
A little while later I received an email with a diagram of their interpretation of my details to confirm. I thought that was really good, because the lead pattern had been my main concern. The diagram I received was exactly as required, so I could relax. Thanks for that Maisie!

Ordering was easy on line, took out a failed unit to get measurements.
Communications with company was first class, thank you Vicky. Delivered and put in place in an hour Units were exactly as ordered and of good quality.
