Good communication delivered on time quality product

Easy to order, competitive price and clear comms. I was given a date it would be at my local depot and told to expect delivery 48 hours later, I rang on the date given to see if I could collect instead and was told it was already out for delivery and nearby house- it arrived 5 minutes later!
Would def use again for any other failed units.

Ordered a few pieces of glass for my house, rang to check on my order and the customer service was outstanding (especially Dan and Ellie). Product is great quality - would definitely recommend!

Easy ordering and payment system , glass delivered with care . My only gripe would be lack of information about delivery being made . I was given a date and it arrived a week earlier with no notification luckily I was home

Ordered a replacement pane for one of our upvc windows, made to measure perfectly, excellent communication throughout & great service all round, thanks.

I ordered glass on (#27277) 11th March which I received on 29th March. On the Monday Bank Holiday 6th April found it to be the incorrect depth, 20mm instead of what I ordered 28mm.

I contacted the next day 7th April with no answer and left emails and phone calls to try and resolve the issue over the next few weeks. I have spoken to a person on the team called Dan who didn't really know what to do and just said send me another email with evidence. I have asked to confirm receipt of my emails but there has been no confirmation or call back over the phone.

I feel badly let down with the after sales service.

If your thinking of ordering. don't do it!

Fitted perfectly. Delivered before the due date and delivered with care. First class service. A++ 👍
