I had a fantastic experience with Sealed Units Direct. The quality of the sealed units was excellent and exactly as described, clearly made to a very high standard.

What really stood out was the customer service. I had a small issue with my order, and Vicky from the sales team resolved it quickly and efficiently. She kept me updated throughout and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with genuinely helpful customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sealed Units Direct and will definitely be using them again.

I was asked to replace a blown double glazed unit for a friend. I had no idea where I could get one or how to go about ordering since the glass also had a lead pattern.
I found Sealed Units Direct on a quick search and I found their page to be super easy and self explanatory for providing all the details they needed. The price was fine, much as expected considering the work and materials involved, So I ordered the window.
A little while later I received an email with a diagram of their interpretation of my details to confirm. I thought that was really good, because the lead pattern had been my main concern. The diagram I received was exactly as required, so I could relax. Thanks for that Maisie!
