We were greeted at the entrance by Jake who showed us where to find what we were looking for,he then left us to try out various chairs and sofas but he was on hand to answer any questions we had. We weren’t sure of the sizes we needed so went home to measure and when we got back to the store it was almost closing time but Jake said no problem he then helped us with the colour and the purchase.What I liked was their was no pushy salesman if there had been I would have walked away.

Kept informed from the time l walked into store to delivery, very professional from start to finish.

Salesman was very helpful not pushy and answered all questions I put to him to the best of his ability. He gave me time to make my decision as lots of options re fabric and designs h we loo pop ed me choose the right suite for my needs.

The sofa is not put together correctly, the recliner leg supports are out of line, one side is higher than the other and the cushions are not level. After sitting on the sofa for two days, the cushion and arm fabric is rippled.

Store should try to display sofas and single chairs of each range. We could not try a single chair as it wasn,t part of the display in any store and had to take a risk, but it has turned out to not to be as comfortable as the matching sofa.
Delivery time slot was kept, delivery staff were polite, efficient and tidy.

From order to delivery not so good but delivery was good lads unloaded and put together in no time

Really love our new sofas. The staff at Waterlooville store were very helpful in assisting us to choose the right sofas. The delivery and Installation crew were very considerate in bringing in the new sofas, taking care not to damage them or damage the door frames. Turned up on time and kept us informed when they were due to arrive.

Kept me informed, arrived when they said they were going to arrive. Friendly, helpful and I love my new sofa.

As soon as we stepped into the shop we were greeted with “Ciao” by Jake. Jake was extremely helpful in guiding us with chairs we required, and helping us with leather materials they supply, which ended us in ordering from Polstronesofa.
All in all an excellent shopping experience, we will be returning.

The store was very well laid out and the staff were extremely approachable and helpful, establishing what I was looking for and spending time (without pressuring me) to show me the available options. I was impressed by the number of fabrics to choose from, and the very useful feature of an area where you could see what the fabrics looked like in daylight. The prices are very competitive. The delivery of my order was very efficient.

Efficient once here. Would have liked a narrower delivery time window.

Polite helpful

My experience at Poltronesofa in Waterlooville was 1st class the lady was very helpful and polite didn’t hassle just let me browse until I found the one I was looking for, she was very helpful in choosing the right colour leather nothing was too much trouble even though it was late in the day. The shop is well laid out and the smell is divine.
I’m looking forward to receiving my 2 chairs. I would recommend this store and certainly go back in the future

The delivery men were excellent, respectful and ensured everything was fitted and tested

I purchased an expensive real leather three piece suite; 3 months ago which i expected to be reliable and long lasting. however, the rechargeable batteries have completely failed and no longer hold any charge making the reclining function unusable. this is completely unacceptable for a product of this quality.
when i contacted the manager at the Waterlooville branch where i made the purchase i was given incorrect details for customer services and felt badly let down by their attitude and refusal of help in rectifying my fault in store.
Both the product quality and customer after service at the store have been extremely disappointing. i would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing

When you delivered to 9 braemar road. Drayton Portsmouth at 11am on 10/4/26 where I was working your courier vehicle hit my van that was parked and drove off causing damage to the passenger side rear panel. It was seen by 2 people and I called SCS in Waterlooville and spoke to Jake who said he would email the relevant people and get back to me. No one got back to me!
I also after not hearing back made contact on here where I was again assured you would pass on my details and I would be contacted. It’s now 29/4, I have reasonably waited another 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone!
I would really appreciate if a manager could contact me asap and actually get this resolved. I am a small family run business and would just like the damage to be paid for. I thought you would have done something about it as it had been been bought to your attention twice but it seems not! I will post an update once I hear back and if it gets resolved. You have my details as I have given them to you twice.

Friendly helpful staff would have got five stars. However the company's policy of not providing swatches or allowing us to borrow one overnight meant that we had to place an order and hope that colour of the suite will be OK when it duly arrives. It's all very well providing a daylight viewing area where the colour temperature can be varied to simulate natural daylight but it doesn't tell anyone if the colour will suit the colour of your walls and carpet at home. Asking a customer to bring in a sample of carpet is a bit daft if you bought your house already carpeted - are we supposed to cut out a section of carpet to bring in or recarpet the lounge to suit your choice of colour??
