A great experience right from ordering our sofa in the showroom to final delivery..
Very professional staff..

A minor flaw was the online tracking service, which shows progression of your order progress from manufacture to delivery to the warehouse.
This stopped working close to the due delivery date...😮
(Our order disappeared from the online service...)
After a call to the helpline we were reassured by staff and the order was completed a week later... 👍

The two lads were very friendly & polite. They were very careful bringing my two new sofas into my front room, making sure they didn't mark the door or doorframe. They put the sofas together very quickly. They certainly knew what they were doing. They positioned the sofas exactly where I wanted them & made sure the recliners were working properly. They also cleared away all the wrapping bits as well

The 2 men that delivered my sofa this morning were Amazing, fantastic customer service and very helpful!

From the really lovely lady who helped and advised us with our purchase to the fantastic delivery men.
They were so friendly, helpful and they couldn't do enough....we were very impressed with them.

The men arrived and were unable to get the 2 part corner sofa into my flat.i was suffering with agonising back pain at the time, so not good! After discussion these lovely guys took the sofa to my daughters house and put it in her garden shed. They didn't have to do that and I am so grateful to them. They took pictures of everything, incuding the x3 broken back feet. All ended well as the sofa was lifted through the lounge window (after the window was removed), the next day. I have since received replacement feetso I need to make a booking for someone to come and replace the feet.
Excellent service from the time I walked into the local SCS showroom to purchase, to the attempted delivery. Thank you.

Initial ordering of the sofa was quick and efficient and the gentleman who served us was fantastic. There was a 4 day delay from when we were told we would be contacted about the delivery, however on the day of the delivery, the guys were fantastic, quick, friendly and efficient. Overall, a great service.

From ordering to the delivery day, absolutely no problems at all and the delivery chaps had torrential rain on delivery but carried on regardless, excellent.

Everyone was very nice and helpful so professional and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this company and the product is spot on .

Wouldn't deliver on my day requested when it came one of feet doesn't fit properly still no response from scs

When we received the suite it had several faults, one was that the cushion on the arm had not been stitched correctly, SCS sent out a technician from EMMIERA GROUP. He arrived on a Friday afternoon and it was clear he wanted to be away. He said that the cushion needed to settle, we challenged this and he said he would speak to head office when he got back. SCS accepted his report despite the photos we sent and several calls. EMMIERA GROUP also refused to send out another technician. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY, check social media for all the complaints and lack of customer care.
