Jason was very helpful and explained and let us see the various materials and leather that were available. He then offered us a drink and gave us time to take a look around the showroom and we saw a couple we were interested in and he completed everything for us. I will recommend him and your company to family and friends

Our assistant Sandra at the Uddingston (Birkenshaw) branch,
allowed us time to browse before approaching us to ask if we required any help.
She went through the numerous furniture options available and fabrics and any discounts. Efficient, helpful, unobtrusive and very pleasant.

The staff member who helped me was…can’t re bear his name but he was a young Irish gentleman
The staff member who helped me was exceptional with his advice and attention the only downside was the unexpected delivery date which is almost three months which I feel is far too long to wait for the sofa I have ordered I would have a further two sofas if the time was more acceptable

The first delivery date got cancelled
The first delivery date got cancelled, I then waited weeks for the next date, the 2 men arrived and could not get it in my house, I got another date the next week and the same men turned up and couldn’t get it in my house again, then another week different men arrived and got my sofa in, I had to take 4 holidays off work to be in for the delivery. I got charged for gliders that never got delivered, I got charged for the warranty that I didn’t want, I’m still waiting for these to be refunded, I wish I had went to a different and bought my sofa

In regards to a refund, it is noted that a cost reduction has been requested for the price of the glides and warranty plan, this will be deducted from your agreement.

From entering the department store to…
From entering the department store to meeting the assistant ROB to selecting my new sofa it was very relaxing we were offered a cold drink which was much appreciated a very nice experience.

21 week wait
21 week wait - 4 cancelled delivery dates… no correspondence except text to cancel. Eventually got my order late & chair had to be reported to aftercare as it’s not been finished properly. Unfortunately I had to go back as I wanted occasional chair in same fabric however after that gets delivered I would not use this company again.
