My experience overall was very satisfying, enjoyable and made easy. I was dealt with a guy named Red. Lovely warm and very welcoming man. At the stockport store. Told him what I wanted. What type what material , colour and was a done deal in 45 minutes. Left very pleased. Thank Red. 😊

only popped in for a walk round and a look, have had sofas from SCS before so was intrigued to see the difference now its Poltrones, staff member was really nice and helpful,

Sales person was very helpful but gave us space to browse when We indicated we were interested in a certain chair he then explained how it worked and the components etc he was very knowledgeable

Furniture range very extensive with plenty of choice of design and materials. Wayne was very pleasant and helpful. He gave us plenty of time to look around the showroom and we didn't feel any pressure, which can be off-putting.

Poltronesofa have failed to send a confirmation of order.

The customer service was excellent we were allowed to browse at own pace and when we needed help or advice they were able to answer all our queries. It was a very relaxing experience.

.explained everything ..different types of leather texture..colours ..eventually we chose an ex display reclining sofa and chair as it could be delivered in a few days ..what a bargain my brother is delighted with his soon to be delivered sofa and chair

My Son accompanied me to your Stockport Store. On entering we were greeted very well and as I knew exactly which item I was hoping to purchase after informing the Salesman he immediately took us to the area it was in then very courteously said " I'll leave you for a little while but I will come back and see how you are getting along". He returned as promised and immediately I felt what a wonderful reception and how informative. I purchased a footstool and was given all the relevant info eg: delivery and what to expect. I am an 85 year old lady and would like to say 'thank you' to the member of staff involved but unfortunately I didn't get his name. A very pleasant visit.

On our first visit to the store in May we were warmly met by Mr Ravinder S, he was very helpful. After making our choice an email was sent with a quote. We returned to the store on 26th where we made our purchase, again we found Mr Ravinder S very helpful, also chatted with some of the other staff who were very pleasant.

Delivery service

Fantastic! Sharon was so helpful when we visited with Dad. He was using a wheelchair but she never patronised him or treated him as elderly. We were given lots of guidance, she helped with choice of fabrics. Nothing was too much trouble. On our second visit she remembered us and which sofa we’d been interested in. My husband and family will definitely be visiting the store when we need a new sofa
