We bought our new couch yesterday and were helped by Mel. She was absolutely lovely, really friendly and helpful, and made the whole experience so easy for us. She took the time to help us with everything we needed without making us feel pressured or rushed. Unfortunately, we can’t remember the name of the other lady who was there, but she was also really friendly and welcoming. We’re really happy with our purchase and received excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much to you both! Would definitely recommend.

Was not told about diffrent fillings for sofa and now I feel that I am sitting on hard boards also the backs are so hard not comfortable at all so I am very disappointed ,I am 80 years old and could not afford to buy another pair so I am stuck with them very disappointed

I can’t fault the salesman who helped us in store. He was very friendly and welcoming, while also giving us the space to consider the different sofas on offer. However the delivery service is the reason why I can’t give 5 stars. Upon arrival one of the delivery drivers commented on how many “foreigners” there are my street. I found this uncomfortable, especially as my partner who was not home at the time is not British.

The sales team at Speke were great, happy to spend time to explain different choices. Communication from purchase to delivery has been excellent with delivery dates as agreed originally. The lads who brought the furniture in and set it up were prompt, efficient and explained the workings. The furniture was as hoped for and looks great.

They were delivered with care they were asked to leave them in the the boxes which they did my daughter said they were pleasant.Handled them with care.

Sofa is fabulous !!

Only downside is, I wanted to take a photo in the store when I bought the sofa but was told I couldn't. On delivery they wanted to take a picture of my front door ( which was fine) my hall and front room. I fond this inappropriate given I couldn't take a picture on purchase to show my husband what Id bought.

Note though this wasn't the delivery guys falult they were amazing

Just so happy with my two sofas delivered 10/7/26 three weeks earlier than we expected! Delivery went very well and I was kept informed of times etc. Paul, our salesman at Speke Liverpool was very knowledgeable and funny which helped relax us. From walking into the store choosing our sofa we were greeted warmly and advised by knowledgeable staff who didn’t rush us into a decision and helped us choose. The waiting timeframe for delivery was 12 weeks but that’s standard with and sofa. The delivery was arranged around my availability and the men who brought it were professional friendly and helpful arrived at 745 and were gone by 810. Over all I would recommend buying from paltrone (scs) Speke.

Visited store in Speke with no intention to make a purchase. Ended up buying a 2 and 3 seater premium leather sofa.
We were surprised at the ranges and quality of furniture on show.
We were attended to by Paul a very knowledgeable person with a low key softly sales technique which we found non pressurised. We chose the Uxbridge range and look forward to receiving it. The experience from start to finish was pleasurable.

Delivery men arrived on time. Got on with setting up sofa and were finished in about 15 minutes.
