My 2 Sofas were delivered today 08/05/2025. However, my all wall was damaged and the I needed to help and carry my sofa up the stairs because the The Young lad that was there did lots his temper, he started to swearing and he left the old men and the sofa on the stairs. And he sat into the van..

The whole buying experience was great - we were advised and helped at each step and didn't feel pressured at all at any point.
The lads who delivered were polite, efficient and extremely careful with all of our property. Thanks very much.

South Shields branch staff very helpful .Chose a settee. Only objection is £120 delivery for one sofa. IT was free and I think so much is hard to justify.

Our new settee has arrived in a disgusting state . howeverthis is dealt with further forward it is unacceptable to deliver such a damaged product after waiting so long for delivery . Disgusting service wouldn't recommend. The products are clearly ex display we will contacting trading standards and providing them with all of the relevant evidence to support this. Totally unacceptable

Apart from the fact that I got a great deal on my ex-display sofa, the delivery process was fast and painless! I could track the delivery guys via the link sent to me and the guys called when they were ten minutes away - 👌.

I have been trying to contact this joke of a company for months now about my faulty sofa. Tried phoning, emailing even the clowns that respond to my trust pilot reviews ask me to contact them direct and still no reply.
DO NOT BUY FROM SCS - CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE NON EXISTENT !!!
I have opened a case with citizens advice against these fraudsters !!!!!

From going in SCS , choosing a sofa and getting the delivery, the service was great. The delivery men Bobby and Kai rang 20 minutes before they were going to be at my home which was great. On delivery they were very professional, polite and helpful. They brought the sofa in , unpacked it and placed it where we wanted it. They explained about the sofa
and asked if we were happy with everything. (Top lads)
