Everything went smoothly form order to scheduling delivery, plenty of communications keeping us updated at all stages.
Delivery day came and we were first of the day, we got a call (early!!) and they arrived at 6.55am.
The delivery guys were really polite, friendly and respectful, no issues removing footwear due to new carpet, super efficient and couldn’t fault anything! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Placed an order which i then had to ammend. Finance was approved on original order but amended order was for less. The store assured me it would be sorted however my account still shows that I took out the original amount which is £700+ more than my order.
Have contacted customer service by email twice now and no response to either email!!!!

Have sent over the details as requested in the reply from scs but surprise surprise no reply yet again!!!!

Very arrogant and agressive store manager named Graham.
Unfortunately we purchased the 3 seater sofa and an armchair before we experienced his awful attidude.
It left us with extremely bad feeling and we will never shop with ScS company again.

We brought sofa from SCS Slough, paid over £450 for insurance at the time. Sofa needs repairing and I have been calling SCS almost everyday, they don’t respond. I have emailed several times and they did not respond. I visited the store in Slough and they advised me on keep trying to reach them. This is wasting time and go around in circles. Customer service is appalling never experienced this with other stores.

We only went into Slough ScS to ask directions and ended up buying a settee LOL, only joking. We were shopping for a new settee, our current settee was 25 years old, so we were looking while the sales were on for a replacement, and ScS was our first shop we visited. From the moment we stepped in the store we were greeted by Shukry, he allowed us to browse the shop without any pressure. We liked a display leather 3 seater recliner and chair, it was at this point we were introduced to Graham, Branch Manger, excellent service, we negotiated a price and had delivery 3 days later. We would certainly recommend Slough ScS, Excellent staff, Excellent Management and Excellent service, quality and value for money, Thank you.

Installation was quick even after I asked to see how to dissemble them myself should I need to move them to another room…even showed me the fire certificate under the sofa & chair.

Lies. Promised a sofa would be delivered within 3 weeks, and yet here we are waiting for it still after 8 weeks and no sign of Delivery anytime soon.

Our sofas were delivered efficiently by a friendly 2 man team. Great communication about delivery time.

The drlivery team were great on time and careful bringing in the sofas to the house and also puting the sections together

The salesman Shabaz was very pleasant honest and very very helpful let me choose without putting pressure which some salesman do that made me return and choose extra furniture the manager of the store was also excellent definitely would recommend to my family and friends
