Delivery drivers where very perlite and done all th

The salesmen in store did not harass us to purchase, they had a good understanding of the items on display and in general were very pleasant and conciderant. Only 1 gripe and that was we where told the item would come dismantled but it did not, the delivery by Alex and Travis was exceptional, two of the best delivery guys ever. A carpet protector was put down and they carefully maneuvered a very heavy sofa bed upstairs and into position then gave full instructions in the care and operation of said sofa bed. Excellent guys.

After a lot of problems we were eventually delivered our furniture. It the Bonaci team, who were excellent, led professionally by Andrea and his colleague.

The delivery was on time, contact before and approximate arrival was spot on. The delivery team were friendly efficient and tidy taking away all packaging and checking everything over before leaving.

We were kept up to date with delivery times and drivers were friendly, courteous and helpful

From ordering to delivery, the service has been amazing.
Kieran was so knowledgable and helpful in store. There was no pressure what so ever.

Order Sofa told 12 weeks it was 17 weeks and only part of the order was delivered now I cannot contact anyone to find out when the other part of my order will be delivered. I will be going to the ombudsman

Recently went into SCS to look for a new sofa, they now offer most of their recliners in a static sofa and you can customize the colour you want, by chosing from loads of colours / different fabrics. The sales representative Elizabeth was absolutely amazing, she asked what type of thing I was looking for and pointed out all the relevant ones in the shop, really good experience, definitely would recommend

Had a sofa. From here was ok until about 6 months then all started to go wrong . But they were not interested once we paid for it very disappointing worst experience ever

Welcoming environment. Allowed our own time to browse before assistance was offered by staff. Tom (Ipswich branch manager) was covering the norwich store and provided a non pushy experience taking time to discuss our requirements and allowing us to find our perfect sofa

I was very impressed by the delivery and installation of my sofa and chair by Travis and Simon, they worked quickly and professionally as a team, Simon unloading the goods getting them unpacked quickly as it was starting to rain and in position ready for Travis to install, nothing was to much trouble and when I asked Travis how they clip and unclip together, he quickly showed me, this was very useful information that can be used if I sell my house and move, Travis also gave me good advice if I reposition my reclining place sofa and chair to ensure it its not positioned to close to the wall and avoid damage when reclining, this will help future proof keeping my sofa and chair in good condition along with the leather care box he left with me. Thank you both for the great quick delivery and installation work today. You are both a credit to SCS.

The store staff and the delivery team were fantastic very friendly and helpful the delivery team were excellent put the sofa where I wanted it which I could say the same for the customer service if you phone them I was told there’s a wait of over one &half hours wait or longer

I have received a call today to say that they will not be able to deliver on the date arranged( 27th January). After two weeks waiting and paying over a £ 100 for delivery I find that as a company they in in breach of contract.
Very poor service, I will not buy anything from them again.

This store lost out on a sale today.
They give you no time to look around and follow you around the store.
Some polite stuff, but the foreign lady who stalked us around the store was too much and clearly needing her commission. I felt completely over whelmed.
I had gone in with the view of purchasing an item, but lost it in my online basket, so couldn't find it. One lady asked 'are you sure it's SCS', it was, but left feeling an idiot and was pushed into another store where we purchased the whole thing.
One gentleman attempted to help, but the hoovering lady made it clear she had spoken/jumped us, so he didn't get her commission.
Twice we've had this in this store.
