Waliur was very helpful and very knowledgeable, the store looks great and the welcome and free drinks you get was a nice touch.

We have been 3 times in the ScS shop in both sites Milton Keynes and Northampton where we received a great customer service. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. Waliur were literally rearranging a stuff to help us to visualize things better.

The whole experience from ordering to delivery was very straightforward. The delivery guy’s were very friendly and efficient and respectful of our property. The sofa is perfect, just what we ordered.

Was kept well informed of expected delivery date & time. In fact delivered a day earlier than originally quoted.
Delivery expected between 10.35 &11.00 am and delivery men arrived at 10.35
Delivery drivers were pleasant and unpacked sofa & chair outside our property and took all packaging away with them.
They demonstrated how the recliners reclined as one was electric and the other was manual.

Just had the most amazing conversation with SCS customer service. Minus the service 😂. Just been told after a 7 month in total battle that they would do me a one off favour after 2 of their own tech said the sofa was to badly built to repair. They would take it back and give me the money back I have paid for it . But apparently SCS don’t do custom satisfaction so we will not offer you anything for my 7 month of hassle . But if the sofa is defective I won’t get my money back . Clowns . Why do they think it’s going back in the first place.

Cannot fault the delivery service, helpful chatty and polite, only problem we ordered two, two seater sofas, one grey the other yellow, waited 4 months when we got it we had two yellow sofas, the delivery team couldn’t be more helpful, they rang the office explained what had happened, told us to get in touch with scs , we went to the shop, they also rang their customer complaints dept. In short we have to wait another 4 months for the replacement!
This is the second time we have had problems with this Company, we won’t both in future. Not the shops fault, somebody in the manufacturing end didn’t read the order properly!

The delivery drivers, Craig and Travis, provided a great service. They had initially been given the wrong sofa's by the warehouse. They quickly phoned and confirmed the error with the warehouse. Craig and Travis apologised profusely despite it not being their fault. When the delivery was rescheduled it was the same drivers. They unpacked and assembled the sofa's taking care when doing so.

Kept up to date with delivery time and phoned when almost here. Crew were fabulous, friendly and efficient. Had suite up and installed quickly leaving no mess; even stopped the lorry on leaving to collect a piece of paper that had blown under it while unloading.

Great service over the course of two days. Waliur looked after us and made sure to get us the best deal possible. One day to browse the stock, then came back the next day after measuring up our home. Couldn't ask for anything else.

Our buying experience in Northampton from Scott was thoroughly professional and yet friendly and helpful without any pressure. Very easy to place our order and await delivery.
The delivery experience by Damien and Kieran was also professional and friendly on a very hot day!! All packaging was taken away and the suite checked that all was working well before they left.

Excellent customer service by Waliur. He explained how the store worked and what the options were and then let us wander around. When we were ready to order it was relaxed and he showed us all the available choices to help us make a decisions.
