We wanted to buy a sofa, but the salesperson literally followed us around and we nearly walked out. We did buy because we found what we wanted, but it’s very annoying in a shop when people won’t leave you alone.

It was an absolute pleasure to visit Poltronèsofà and have the assistance and advice of Ally, who was so intuitive it was unbelievable. I had no idea what I wanted so we started a process of elimination of what I didn’t want. Ally was so knowledgeable that I soon had my selection down to two suites, but struggled to choose which one. There was no pressure from Ally, only sound advice. A perfect example of brilliant customer service.

It was so refreshing not to have to deal with a pushy hard selling salesman as I had done in the previous store, that had put me off so much that I walked out vowing never to buy anything from that store.

I also had a lovely conversation with Sharron who was equally helpful. My final choice was easy to make thanks to these amazing ladies, whose understanding and people skills made my whole experience at Poltronèsofà an exceptional one.

I would honestly recommend visiting this store and if you get Ally or Sharron you have got a winner! They are an absolute credit to this company.

However had she not been subject to having her work checked by a more experienced colleague, we would have been unaware, such was the professionalism she showed during our visit.
