Pleasant experience during the purchasing of our 3 piece suite.
Good communication prior to delivery.
Further communication day before and on the morning of delivery was also very good.
Delivery team were polite and effective in their work.

Excellent experience from start to finish, person we ordered through capnt remember his name, was very knowledgeable and assisted us to order what was required for my brother.
The two Ronnie's who delivered were excellent, they arrived on time, they set everything up no bother while respecting my brothers home and cleared everything up after them. Two lovely lads. My brother loves his sofa and chair

Lisa made the buying process very easy, as we hadn’t gone to buy, just view what was available.

After initial greeting by staff member they allowed me to walk around the store without following me and bothering me so I could check out the different suites in my own time.

The lads kept me informed about the delivery every step of the way and assembled the furniture exactly where we wanted it, without any fuss.

I visited the Silverlink store and was welcomed as soon as I walked in. I was left to browse then Liam came over to see if I needed any help. I originally wanted a leather sofa and he pointed out the sofas that could be done in leather. He left me again to browse a little longer and I found a sofa I found very comfortable and looked good, but not in the colour I wanted. Liam was extremely helpful and showed me colours and it didn’t take me long to decide on what I wanted, in the colour I wanted and with a 5 year guarantee! We discussed delivery options as I’m not sure when I will be moving into my new property, again, Liam came up with options that I was happy with. Excellent service, would definitely recommend!!

friendly and on time

Everything was easy. I wandered into the shop looking for a reclining chair, not fully reclining otherwise I'd be permanently asleep, just a comfy footrest.
The lovely saleswoman showed me some to try, so I settled into one and was immediately relaxed. There was no pressure, no rush, I could take my time to be sure this was the chair for me.
Ordering was straightforward, I was presented with options for the chair legs, fabrics and colours. I declined any extra warranty. I did think the delivery charge was a tad high. I was given an approximate delivery date, paid the deposit and left - all good.
Delivery communications were excellent. When the chair was ready I was given a date and an initial time frame of 10-3, with a more exact time to follow. On the day, received a text with the new delivery time of 10.55-11.05 - very precise! At 10.30 I received a phone call to say they would be with me in 20 mins, and they were.
2 lovely guys brought in the chair, set it up, and made sure everything worked before leaving.
Bonus for me, the fabric I chose turned out to be a perfect match to my dining chairs.
I am writing this, ensconced snugly in this oh so comfortable chair. I would certainly recommend this chair and this company at this time.
