Avoid at all costs! & do not believe the instore versions. These are not representative of goods received! Daylight Robbery. The most uncomfortable sofa i have ever owned!

I can feel the frame under the cushions & one of several customers have the same issue! My contract is with scs not the manufacturers. The consumer rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term that goods be as described, fit for purpose & of satisfactory quality. You ‘SCS’ are therefore in breach of contract. I will therefore pursue a section 75! Disgraceful company.

We were assisted by Martin at Milton Keynes Branch. He really knows how to deal each customer individually with a person centered approach. Martin is very passionate and an honest person in his approach and conversation.

I wish him all the best and success in his future career endeavours.
I wish other branches employee staff like Martin.

Great delivery, the two men were very nice. Im glad it gets unpackaged, they put it exactly where you would like it and make it presentable.

Excellent customer service at the shop the lady looking after me could not have been more helpful. Delivery by Alex and Martin was early and could not have gone better even though I'm in a 1st flat. Well done all.

We went to see what sofas were available in the colour we wanted. Despite the vast majority being recliners ( we wanted static), we found the style and colour that appealed to us. Ordered a sofa and two armchairs guided through the process by Martin. A most pleasurable experience.

The staffs that we dealt with are very professional and their communication with customers were excellent and the delivery service was prompt on time and excellent service.

I went into the Milton keynes store on Thursday 4/9/25 and ordered the Elwick 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. Paid in full.

Have received no confirmation of my order no receipt for the money paid.
Contacted the branch Friday 5/9 as I have a confirmation of a corner suite I didn't order. Spoke to Martin who said my order was for the 3 and 2 seater sofa. I asked for a confirmation and a receipt and he told me the computer had not updated. It's been 2 days and still nothing. Surely it doesn't take a computer 2 days when it should be instant.
So with no record on the computer my sofas wont have even been order.
I have bought my previous sofa in 2020 with no issues.
To be honest I feel because I paid up front they are not interested in resolving my issues.
I am considering cancelling my non exsist order for a refund

The overall experience was amazing.
From the customer service in the store and all the explanations and guiding us through various options we had a good time.
The way was fairly decent and the delivery guys Steve and Dale were really friendly and very efficient.

Only down fall was the fact that we had a broken part and now have to wait long for 1 chair foot because one came unable to use. Knowing it was made overseas and came all this way but the fault was missed is very unfortunate at the very end. Not knowing how long till we receive it either.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had the correct sofas in the correct rooms. The tracking was excellent and they called when we were next. The service received was outstanding and made better by great customer service by SCS.

Delivery went pretty much as expected, but unfortunately one of the chairs was a total mismatch and had to get back to ScS to try to rectify the situation.

Have been delivered two different coloured sofas. Ordered Dalia Dark Blue x 2 and ended up with 1 Dalia Dark Blue and 1 Dalia Blue. Labels on both sofas state Dalia Dark Blue.

I found the process of buying and delivery of my leather sofa and armchairs an extremely pleasant experience. The member of staff at SCS Milton Keynes was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. Delivery was as estimated and we were kept well informed on the day of when it would be arriving. The delivery men were really polite and very efficient. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend SCS.

Visited Scs in Winterhill Retail Park on Friday 1st The staff were extremely helpful and completed my purchase quickly. One member of staff processed the order and another member of staff checked the order. These 2 gentlemen are a credit to the company. They are professional, helpful with a touch of humour which always helps. Thoroughly recommend Scs.

Today I went shopping for a cuddle chair. I found SCS so helpful and was served by the very professional Martin who was able to meet my specific requests for my chair. Would highly recommend SCS.

The 2 young men who delivered our suite today were very polite and efficient. We are pleased with our purchase and the communications between us, ScS and the delivery team.

First thing to say is that we are very happy with our sofa which is of excellent quality and came for a good price.

Second thing to say is just how helpful all through the process Giulia from Milton Keynes was. From when we first went into the shop and she greeted us, to helping us decide on the sofa and the material, and then later getting our order slightly modified, right up to tracking where our order was in the delivery process and keeping things on track. Without Giulia there would have been no sale in the first place, and we certainly wouldnt have been able to get the changes made we needed to. She keep supporting us right over the 14 week delivery period.

This was in stark contrast to the central office staff who it was really hard to get hold of. Had we not been able to get the email address for the Milton Keynes shop by chance (which they do not publicise so you cant normally speak direct to the shop you bought your sofa from) and so keep in contact with Giulia our experience might have been very different.

The delivery was on time and done at the first occasion. Simon who led the team was great, was in contact before and kept us up to date on timings on the day and then worked hard to get the sofa up the block stairs.

We ordered a Norbello sofabed from Jess who was great, not pushy, even serving us with coffee, she explained the whole process about the sofa being manufactured in Italy advised of a realistic delivery date, she couldn’t have done more for us which made the whole process a pleasure! Our delivery was made on 3/7/25 following several emails and phone calls warning us of its imminent arrival. Both Kevin Jones and Paul Phillips (Delivery Crew) could not have been more helpful on the day, warning us that the last delivery they did was a sofa exactly the same as ours, they had been unable to deliver it because it was too big to get in the flat, so they had to put it back on lorry, so they were extra careful when doing every check possible to ensure we were not going to have the same outcome, the first problem that arose, was the sofa would NOT fit in the lift! Which meant they were going to have to have to carry it up 3 flights of stairs, and boy did they struggle, it wasn’t just heavy but so difficult to get a grip on the sofa, it was also difficult when we eventually got to our apartment, they did a brilliant job of getting it in without causing any damage, assembling it and cleaning up after they had finished, taking all the rubbish with them, I would not have blamed them if they had refused to even try and carry it up those stairs, they certainly went over and beyond what was expected of them, and we will be eternally grateful to them both, they are an absolute credit to SCS.
