After waiting 16 weeks my settee,s upholstery is terrible creases and bumps looks worse than the one I I changed it for and I am waiting to see how they proceed with my complaint. delivery personnel were good.

Helpful staff with good product knowledge

Delivery and installation was chaotic and rushed resulting in missing support feet, screws not tightened, lack of care and attention to the product, no plan for a good installation and couldn't wait to leave, resulting in missing parts and a 3 week wait until a fitter comes out to fit and check all fittings properly, then, hopefully we can use our suite. this has greatly let down the store and us, the customer.
The staff and store at metro centre were excellent throughout but have been let down by substandard delivery and installation process.

The staff were very friendly particularly Lesley who dealt with us. Very informative and professional. Good range of products.

Thee whole process went really well. We were contacted day before and morning of delivery. The delivery men were great from taking away rubbish and putting the sofa and chairs together. I am very pleased with the product

I was worried that my porch is narrow but the 3 seater came in 4 parts and easily fit. Sofa was clicked togethet in minutes job done and i love it. It was a red hot day so gave the guys a cold can of pop each when they left.

We were allowed to browse without feeling pressured but were able to ask advise about different sofas

The sofa & chair arrived on time but there was an issue with part of it - this has been reported to the company and they are sending a technician but not for a further 4 weeks.
While we are happy with the sales and delivery service we are unhappy with the length of time for the remedial action.

I received a message that delivery would be 8.30/8.45 so when I woke up at 7am I thought I had plenty of time to get washed and dressed and have breakfast. Unfortunately they turned up at 7.15 am when I was still half asleep and I had to rush to get dressed while they brought in the chair. I wouldn't normally complain about an early delivery but at that time in the morning it took me by surprise.
I love my chair and in this hot weather it's just what I want for sitting inside and watching tennis on TV

From the moment we went to the shop Kelly the sales person was friendly and very helpful we were kept up to date with how or settees were coming on received a email and text day before arrival date saying who would be delivering and what time Craig and kia the delivery men were polite and professional in how they do their jobs when putting settees together there was no mess and they respected being in somebody's else's house over all our experience with poltronesofa scs was spot on

The delivery lads were great, good communication, polite and hardworking especially in this heat.

From the showroom to the delivery, fantastic service 👍
